After Placing an Order
Pat yourself on the back, sit down and enjoy a nice cup of hot cocoa. You can relax and have confidence that the Perelandra staff have your order safely in hand. We'll process it, carefully pack it and within 48 hours it will be on its way to you!
You'll receive email confirmation of your order after it?s submitted. Please keep this email. It gives you a User Name and Password and you'll want this information for easy ordering in the future.
We process orders quickly, so orders can't be changed after they're submitted. To stop an order after you've submitted it, please call us right away. We'll do all we can to help.
Currently we are not able to provide information about the status of your order online. If you are concerned there may be a problem with your order, please call or send an email. We'll be happy to check on your order and respond.
