MICROBIAL BALANCING PROGRAM

16. Microbial Balancing Program — Phase 1 Testing
Frequency: 2 times a week for the duration of the pandemic.
      During illness: Once daily.
Setup: "MBP Phase 1 Testing — avian flu."

Use the MBP Troubleshooting Chart for Phase 1 Testing.

H5N1 is a virus. Viruses are microbes. If ever there was a time for the Microbial Balancing Program, it's now. Microbes are focused on one thing: survival. And, to that end, they are opportunistic. By working with the Microbial Balancing Program on a regular basis throughout a pandemic, your body maintains a balance with your friendly microbes that strengthens and enhances your body and its functions, but is "unappealing" to outside pathogens looking for a place to settle, grow and multiply. In short, when balanced, your body and its many microbes are not a pathogen-friendly environment and will not provide a virus like H5N1 an opportunity for survival.

The Microbial Balancing Program can be intimidating at first. It's a little like jumping into a foreign country. Everything seems . . . well, a little foreign. However, because we are dealing with a potentially lethal virus (H5N1) that could kill millions, I urge you to get over any fears you have about this Program. Right now we just don't have the luxury to indulge our fears about trying something new. Besides providing you with excellent instructions, we also provide you with our Question Hot Line. You may phone us and we will help you through your fears and the learning curve you have with the Program. If you already do kinesiology testing and work with the essences, you're halfway through the learning curve already.

To begin (whether you already know how to kinesiology test and use essences or not), you start with Phase 1 Testing. It's really simple and takes relatively little time to do. To set up for this testing, write at the top of the MBP Phase 1 Troubleshooting Chart: "Phase 1 Testing — avian flu." Then test the chart as outlined in the steps for Phase 1. Although I am recommending that you do Phase 1 Testing twice weekly, you can actually do this testing daily, if you'd like. A lot of people who start the Microbial Balancing Program by using Phase 1 Testing really enjoy it and will do a daily Phase 1 Test for months before they feel like moving on to the more advanced steps. They become fascinated with what they are learning about their microbes and the microbes' relationship with their body and become a bit "addicted" to doing Phase 1. I say this is fine. Phase 1 Testing is an easy and manageable way to learn the Program and it lays a solid foundation for the next steps in the Microbial Balancing Program's testing. At the same time, you are benefitting yourself and your microbes every time you work with Phase 1 Testing. It's a win–win situation.

Illness and Injury: Should you become injured or sick from something other than avian flu during the pandemic, I recommend that you do Phase 1 Testing daily. Your focus for each test will be the injury or illness you are addressing. Most diseases are caused by microbial imbalance. And an injury can wreak havoc with your body's microbes. You'll be pleasantly surprised (sometimes shocked) at how fast you are able to come out of an injury or illness simply by providing the proper balance to your body's friendly microbes. When we're talking about facing a potential long period of time with no outside medical assistance, the Microbial Balancing Program takes on an extraordinary importance.

Phase 1 Testing and avian flu: Sometimes, the initial symptoms for avian flu are mild: fever, cough, sore throat and muscle aches. If you can do a Phase 1 Testing or two before you get knocked off your feet by more severe symptoms, by all means do this testing. In this situation, Phase 1 Testing will be invaluable.

17. Microbial Balancing Program — Telegraph Testing Process
Frequency: Once every 3 weeks for the duration of the pandemic.
      During illness: Once weekly.
Setup: "MBP Telegraph Testing for avian flu."

If something as simple as Phase 1 Testing can give you amazing results, the more precise MBP Telegraph Testing Process is just downright brilliant. It pinpoints exactly what areas of the body are in need of microbial balancing for the problem you are addressing. In concept, it is similar to the Essence Checklist Telegraph Testing Process and provides you with just as much pinpoint accuracy in your testing — except now that accuracy is aimed at your body's microbes. When dealing with an infectious disease, this can be critical.

Use the MBP Telegraph Testing Checklist. After setting up ("MBP Telegraph Testing for avian flu"), test as you would any MBP Telegraph Testing Process. Plan to do this testing once every three weeks. Within that three-week period of time, do any needed follow-up testing. However, once you complete the three-week period and do a new MBP Telegraph Testing Process (maintaining the once-every-three-week rhythm), discontinue any follow-up testing that might be left from the previous three weeks. Also discontinue taking any MBP Checklist essences from that previous period. In short, during an avian flu pandemic, each MBP Telegraph Testing Process with its essence solutions and follow-up testing will be valid for just a three-week period of time. Then, for the next three weeks, you will do a new test, using a new MBP Checklist, with its own follow-up testing and essence solutions. Continue this rhythm for the duration of the pandemic. Although the MBP Telegraph Testing Process involves more testing, you will notice that it is to be done less often than the MBP Phase 1 Testing and it gives you deeper results and quicker responses than Phase 1.

Contracting avian flu or other illnesses during a pandemic: As soon as you begin to feel "something coming on," do an MBP Telegraph Testing Process. The setup for the test will be the illness you wish to address. The extra effort it will take to do the Telegraph Testing Process over the Phase 1 Testing Process will be well worth it in the long run. However, if you can only manage a Phase 1 test when you first begin to feel out of sorts, then that's the one you should do. Phase 1 Testing is much better than no MBP testing.

Once you are again able, do weekly MBP Telegraph Testing. Continue doing this process once a week until you no longer have any symptoms. When you are symptom free, schedule a telegraph test once every three weeks for the remainder of the pandemic. Now you will again focus the tests on avian flu. Within that three-week period of time, do any needed follow-up testing. However, once you complete the three-week period and do a new MBP Telegraph Testing Process (maintaining the once-every-three-week rhythm), discontinue any follow-up testing that might be left from the previous three weeks. Also discontinue taking any essences from that previous period. In short, during a pandemic period, the MBP Telegraph Testing Process with its essence solutions and follow-up testing will be valid for just a three-week period of time. Then, for the next three weeks, you will do a new MBP Telegraph Testing Process with its own follow-up testing and essences.

During each three-week period, if you test clear on any follow-ups or essences, you don't need to address anything further for this area for that three-week period. However, when you test the new MBP Checklist, be sure to include this area in case something new is needed.

Note: These instructions probably won't make sense unless you are familiar with the MBP Telegraph Testing Process. If you just got lost and your eyes crossed, relax. And please don't let this confusion keep you from learning the MBP Telegraph Testing Process, if you feel like you want to include it in your health regimen. It will serve you well during the pandemic. Remember we have our Question Hot Line you can call for help, including help for understanding these instructions.

ENVIRONMENT & ANIMALS

Maintaining an environmental balance will be important for us and our companion animals during a pandemic. There are two processes I recommend. The first: The H5N1 Virus, Environments and Animals (section 18), is a protocol that specifically addresses H5N1 and prepares our personal environment for exposure to the virus as it moves into our area. Although this protocol was designed to be used for environments prior to exposure to the virus, there is still time to work with it for your home. The paper is already posted in the Health Watch of our web site. All you have to do is click the link below.

The Energy Cleansing Process (section 19) is the second environmental tool. It will be important for you to use this process once your home is exposed to H5N1 as it moves among animals prior to the virus becoming a pandemic and it has acquired the ability to pass easily from human to human.

The H5N1 Virus, Environments and Animals: Preparing Our Personal Environment and Domestic Birds for Exposure to H5N1

19. Energy Cleansing Process
Included in the Pandemic Preparedness: Perelandra Papers Pack.
Frequency: Every 2 to 4 weeks.
During illness: Weekly.
Setup: No special H5N1 setup.

This process will remove the effects of stress, worry, concern, fear, pain and any other emotional elements that will come up during a pandemic. At this time, you and your family may choose to hunker down and quarantine for lengthy periods. The kids could be home from school for months at a time. You may be telecommuting your work. Or you may not be able to get to work because the company has chosen to temporarily close for a number of weeks at the height of the pandemic. Or you need to stay home to care for a family member who is sick. . . I think you get the idea here: Under pandemic conditions, the home environment would be a sink hole for everyone's thoughts, fears and concerns making it an energy battle zone for all, including your animals. Doing a simple Energy Cleansing Process on a regular basis will "clear out the sink hole" and reestablish a calming, balanced environment that will have a positive and strengthening effect on everyone.

How often you do the Energy Cleansing Process is actually up to you and depends on the variables and circumstances in your home environment. Someone who is prepared for a long quarantine and uses that time to read some good books and/or reconnect with their children in new ways will not need to do the Energy Cleansing Process nearly as often as someone who has been trying to avoid all bad news, has refused to prepare and is now having a pandemic dumped on their heads and has panicked. And should someone in the family get avian flu or come down with another illness, it will be important to support their healing process and the balance of the care givers and other family members by doing an Energy Cleansing Process weekly.

20. Nature Healing Coning for Animals & ETS Plus for Animals
Nature Healing Coning for Animals is included in the Pandemic
      Preparedness: Perelandra Papers Pack.
Frequency: As needed.
Setup: No special H5N1 setup. (Unless they have avian flu. In this
case you will set up the Nature Healing Coning to address your
      animal's avian flu.)

Changes can send companion animals into a tizzy. I have two cats, Socrates and Mollie. Both are outdoor cats and come in and out of the house at will. Because cats can eat birds infected with the H5N1 virus and contract avian flu from this, I will be following the advise of experts and quarantining Socrates and Mollie once H5N1 starts moving among wild animals in the U.S. I am anticipating many days of feline protest. In fact, I may not survive the experience even if Soc and Mollie do. I will be giving them a daily dose of ETS Plus for Animals as soon as I change their routine and quarantine them. (I will be taking a daily dose of ETS Plus for Humans for myself starting that day, as well.) I plan to continue giving them a daily ETS Plus dose until they relax into their new routine.

Just as we humans will be on our own when it comes to medical help, our companion animals will be in the same boat when it comes to vet assistance. Also, I don't want to sit in a vet's office waiting for an appointment during a pandemic. It's just not a smart thing to do. Using ETS Plus for Animals, testing them with the Perelandra Essences, working with the Microbial Balancing Program as written for animals and taking advantage of the Nature Healing Coning for Animals will serve as your in-house vet for most of your animals' needs throughout the pandemic. I've also included a regular first aid kit for animals in my pandemic stock (Pet First Aid Kit). Should you choose more than one Perelandra process for tending your animals, understand that you will be working with whatever tool or combination of tools is appropriate for the moment. Since everyone in the family may be quarantined at the time, it might be important to isolate a sick animal to give it calm and quiet while he/she goes through the healing process.

About ETS Plus for Animals: Giving your animals their ETS Plus at critical times could be the difference between your animal's life and death. As with using ETS Plus for Humans, don't be shy about using ETS Plus for Animals during a pandemic.

A Special Note to Cat and Dog Owners: To prepare your cats and dogs for possible exposure to H5N1, you can start them on a once-daily dose of the current Flu Season Balancing Solution. Once FSBS Plus is available, switch them to a once-daily dose of FSBS Plus.

In my state (Virginia), veterinarians will be assisting on the medical response teams for humans. The state is calling up everyone who has any medical training for these teams. So, should you need assistance and the medical person pats you on the head, says "Good boy" and tosses you a dog biscuit as he leaves, you'll know you've been helped by a vet.
