THE MBP (MICROBIAL BALANCING PROGRAM) SOLUTIONS
These are a new development and are critical to our maintaining health and the ability to function. What's equally important is that they are easy. All you have to do is take the number of drops listed on the bottle label (they are oral solutions) each day, and that's it. I recommend three MBP Solutions for basic crisis health care:
This is why the MBP Solutions are especially important now: They give the body what it needs so that it can resist illness and infection naturally. There is no better or more efficient preventive tool than a healthy, fully functional human body. The MBP Solutions provide the targeted areas in the body with what they need so that they can operate as they were intended and to their full capability. The ISBS and the LSBS work together to specifically strengthen our full immune system. The RSBS targets the respiratory system and strengthens it so that it can naturally guard against airborne chemical and "biodebris," plus the conditions that create colds, bronchitis, pneumonia, allergies, asthma . . . And should we become sick, the MBP Solutions improve the overall strength of the body so that it is able to overcome illness and recuperate with exceptional speed and efficiency. Again, these things can occur simply because we have given the body what it needs so that it can protect and repair itself.
One major thing to consider is the impact of stress on our health. We can't have a time of crises or a time of challenge without also having a time of stress. They come as a package. Just listening to the news can be a challenge. The impact of stress on the bodyespecially the immune/lymphatic systems and our respiratory systemcan take us under in no time at all.
We also offer two other MBP Solutions that are important: The Digestive System Balancing Solution (DSBS) and the Flu Season Balancing Solution (FSBS).
If you have a weak digestive system, if the news is making you sick to your stomach or this system tends to be your target for stress, the DSBS can be added to the first three solutions.
The FSBS is especially important in light of the recent recommendations that everyone get a flu shot so that physicians won't get flu symptoms mixed up with anthrax symptoms. If you would prefer not to get that shot (they are controversial, they sometimes don't work and there tends to always be a flu vaccine shortage), and you would prefer not to complicate your life by getting the flu, the FSBS is a good, safe, natural alternative that builds up your body's defenses against the current season's flu viruses.
Here's an important fact about microbes: They are not suicidal. They are opportunistic and their primary focus is survival. They will not enter into or settle in an environment that is not friendly to them or one that will not support them. They will avoid it. The very best defense we have when facing microbes that don't belong in our system is a strong, balanced, full-functioning body system. It's like posting a "Do Not Enter" sign on our body.

Part of remaining functional, making good decisions and maintaining lower stress levels is to become knowledgeable about microbes. After all, they are a key element in the current crises. If we take a moment to learn something about microbeswhat they can do, how they fit into our life and how they impact us both adversely and beneficiallywe would be less likely to get swept up in hysteria. Although microbes can be misused by us, they are also our friends and can be extremely beneficial to us. This is a case where a little knowledge can help calm us down and allow us to make good decisions concerning our health care and environment.

This is a book you've got to want to read and not a book to be 'forced' on anyoneincluding yourself. The easiest way to describe it is to say that it is the adult version of the Harry Potter books, it is autobiographical (not fiction) and it covers such topics as life, death and reality. I suggest this book to those drawn to it because I see that many people are frozen in place due to a deep fear of death and a panic from feeling alone and isolated. Dancing reminds us that we are not moving through the challenges of this present time alone, wonderful options for moving forward are right in front of us and that death is not an end to anything. I think Dancing gives us new ways of seeingincluding how we see the present state of the world. In turn, our minds are put more at ease, we are strengthened and we can function.
THIS IS PERELANDRA (video)
With this video, you learn about Perelandra, what it has to offer, how the products function and why they are so effective. It is an excellent introduction to Perelandra and it is a fun video to watch. It's also a good way of sharing what Perelandra has to offer to others around you who might be interested. Loaning them this video will take a load off your shoulders. You won't have to think about how you are going to explain this to others. I and my staff do all the work for you!
THE PETER D'ADAMO BLOOD TYPE DIET
In general, we pay more attention to the kind of gas we put in our car than we even consider paying to the kind of food we put in our body. We choose one type of gas over the others because this is the one that's best for our car make and model and it's the gas that helps ensure top performance. The reasons we choose our car's gas ought to be the same reasons behind the choices we make for the food we put into our body. The concepts are quite similar. We would not even consider putting the same level of junk into our car that most of us put into our bodyand, if we did, everyone around us would consider us mad and just shake their heads when we had to announce that our car is no longer running smoothly. (Gee, what a surprise!)
If you wish to move through this challenging time with all cylinders operating, keep your sick time to a minimum and medical bills as low as possible, maybe it's time to consider Peter D'Adamo's Blood Type Diet. It is a full health diet and not solely a weight-loss diet. One other thing to consider: Eating the food that is best for your body's chemistry and is efficiently utilized by your body is more cost-effective. This would be especially helpful during times when the economy is weak and having an adverse impact on the family finances.
NOTE: Even if you have been wise enough to adhere to an organic, whole foods diet, the Blood Type Diet is worth considering. It's an amazing refinement. For many years, I had what could be termed a 'clean' diet. Yet when I incorporated the Blood Type Diet into the mix in 1998, I was amazed at the overall improvements in my general health. Things improved that I didn't even know existedlet alone needed improving! And I began noticing significant changes in two weeks. Today, I wouldn't even consider eating the 'old way.'
We carry all three of D'Adamo's Blood Type Diet books because each offers excellent information about the science behind the diet, how and why it works for anyone, what life-style practices are best for each blood type, the lists of foods that are friendly to each blood type and the lists of foods to avoid. The second book, Cook Right for Your Type is particularly helpful for organizing kitchens and offering some terrific blood-type friendly recipes. It makes the learning curve a breeze. The most important bottom line here: Blood-type friendly chocolate chip cookies with spelt flour are as good, if not better, than the wheat-based ones we're used to! In short, you do not suffer with this diet.
Blue-Level Refinements with a Learning Curve
For the information I'm giving in this list, I am assuming you already use at least one program or process. However, I'm quite aware that not all Blue-Level folks are using every program we have to offer. And that's fine. The fact that you have taken the leap and learned to use some of the material will give you a head start on learning a new program or process. If you are now interested in something that you are presently not using, read the information about it in the Maroon-Level section. This gives you the guidelines for getting started. Then once you are comfortable with the new program and you wish to refine it further, read the Blue-Level information on that program.
MAP
This is the Perelandra Medical Assistance Program (MAP) that has been used by many thousands of people for over 10 years. It is easy to use. All you need is the book, MAP, and a desire to learn the program. MAP is especially helpful during these times for several reasons. It's something you can use any time. You have a MAP session at your convenience in your own home and not when a physician's office can schedule you in. Aside from the cost of the book, the program is free. This is a critical consideration especially during economically troubling times. And it gives you personalized, expert medical help for your physical, mental and emotional well-being. In short, you can take anything to MAP. If used well, MAP can be a major key for moving us forward so that we can survive the challenges and create silk purses out of any sow's ears that may be thrown at us.
Here are our suggestions about using MAP during crises:
- Plan to have a special MAP 'crisis session' (a session takes 40 minutes) once a week or once every two weeks throughout the entire crises.
- Tell your MAP team at the top of the session that this is a crisis session and you wish to address any issues that have come up as a result of the criseshow you are being impacted by the war, the economic situation, the terrorist activities or threats, the bioterrorism . . .
- And then talk. Talk to your MAP team about what's happening to you, what your current fears are, your concerns if your company is threatening to or has announced it is downsizing, how the news is hitting you, what gossip you heard that scared your socks off, your concerns about your family and friends . . . Just let it all out. Include any physical glitches you are experiencing (such as pain, sleeplessness, loss of appetite, etc.) and any emotional vunerabilities or fragileness you notice. This is your time, and it may be the only time in your day where you don't have to be stoic or act as if the world really hasn't gone mad. Another way of saying this is that this is the time you can be honest with yourself about what is going on (the larger world picture and your personal life picture) and how you feel about it. Aim to put everything on the table even if it takes the full 40 minutes. Your MAP team will be using the time as you are talking to adjust you physically, mentally and emotionally so that you can better process and deal with these things in constructive waysor be better able to ignore the counterproductive stuff that swirls around during crisis.
- If you make the commitment and keep up the MAP crisis session rhythm throughout the entire challenging period, you will notice how well you are able to function and how strong you feel, no matter what is thrown at you. You're going to surprise yourself.
For those of you who are already saying, 'But I don't have 40 minutes every week or two to do a MAP crisis session,' I say 'baloney.' Do you want to function well or not? Or do you really enjoy feeling out of control about life, victimized and pounded by fears? If you'd like to move forward, consider the MAP crisis session a priority and schedule itthen use your creativity to make it happen.
Generally, if we commit and schedule somethingactually do both things: commit and schedulethe time for it to happen magically opens up. It won't take you long to see that making the MAP crisis sessions a priority in an otherwise hectic and stressful life is vital to your ability to function and your sanityand it was a wise decision to make that commitment.
Blue-Level MAP:
- MAP & Flower Essences
You can add more immediate punch to all of your MAP sessions by incorporating the use of flower essences. By testing for essences during each session, your body will be able to integrate the team's work immediately and you won't have the 24-hour lag time that occurs when you don't use the essences. The book, MAP, lists the steps needed for including the essences with your session. (See pp. 103 to 105.)
- MAP/Calibration
You're stuck. You're in a rut (physical, mental or emotional rut), and can't seem to climb out. You've tried testing essences and MAP, but you still feel like you are spinning your wheels. Expanding your MAP sessions to include the Calibration Process may be just what is needed to move you through particularly difficult times and get you moving forward again. (See MAP, pp. 125 to 146.)
- Emergency MAP
A crisis situation means we can get swept up in something disastrous with no warning. In such an emergency, you get immediate, top quality help if you take your ETS and open Emergency MAP with your team right away. If you haven't already learned about Emergency MAP, now is the time to memorize the steps. They are simple to remember. You just need to spend a moment doing it. If you get caught in any emergency situation, you'll be ready.
FLOWER ESSENCES
Flower essences are oral solutions that balance, stabilize and repair our electrical system's circuits. The stress and strain from dealing with life under crisis can easily compromise our electrical circuits. If we don't address this, we are now trying to function with 'misfiring pistons' which can lead to the inability to think, being overwhelmed by emotions and even illness. To use flower essences properly, you need to learn to test them using kinesiology. The easiest (and most enjoyable) way to learn about flower essences, how they work, how to use them and how to do kinesiology testing is by getting the video, The Human Electrical System and Flower Essences. This provides an excellent foundation for using the essences well.
Here's are suggestions about using MAP during crises:
If you already use the essences, most likely you are testing them when you feel under the weather (physically, emotionally, mentally) or when you are actually sick. A lengthy crisis period puts additional strain on the electrical system. During this time, I recommend that you add frequent basic (general) testing to your regimen. You have three approaches to choose from:
- Test daily. When you test daily, you don't have to learn about dosage testing or making solutions. By monitoring your electrical system each day, you will make sure that you are not experiencing a gradual breakdown of one circuit after another that can lead to a debilitating accumulative effect. In short, you will be staying right on top of the condition of your electrical system and quickly clearing out any problems. And you will be helping to maintain the physical strength and stamina you need to withstand the challenges of the crises and not get swept under by them.
- Plan to do an essence basic test weekly. Your focus for the testing will be your general balance. With this, you will need to test for dosages and for whether or not you need to make a solution bottle. This testing is obviously a little more time-consuming than the daily testing, but you are only doing it once a week.
- Do a basic and telegraph test weekly. The basic test will clear and prepare you for the telegraph test. The focus for the telegraph test will be how you are holding up as these difficult times unfold. You'll notice I have given you a rather general focus for this telegraph test and not addressed any specific issues you might be dealing with. Whether you are dealing with specific issues or not, this basic and general telegraph test will be important. You'll be making sure you are maintaining your footing as the larger picture plays out around you. If you need to address any specific issuesa lost job, anthrax exposure, decrease in salary, etc.you'll need to do individual telegraph testing for each issue.
Whatever testing you decide to do, plan to continue it throughout the entire crises period and adjust your approach (choosing option 1, 2 or 3) according to your needs as you go along.
Telegraph Testing:
Even with the three options listed above, you may need to do telegraph testing for specific situations that come up. Here is a list of things you may not have thought of that may, at some point, need telegraph testing:
- The news (Don't underestimate the impact of this.)
- Shocking or disturbing gossip (Don't underestimate the impact of this, either.)
- Reports that your company is considering downsizing
- A sudden drop in your business sales or activities
- A business or family trip to a city, area or building that has experienced terrorist activity
- Plane flights
- Opening your mail
- Any reaction or change in pattern: sleeplessness, inability to maintain attention or focus, unusual quickness to anger, inability to stop watching the news, fear of going out to do daily chores, fear of going to work or school . . . (Telegraph test each change in pattern.)
- Sudden exhaustion (like the rug has been suddenly pulled out from under you)
- For rescue workers:
- Seeing dead bodies or remainsor personal affects belonging to victims
- Finding no bodies at all when many are missing
- Dealing with others who are panicked, in shock or in mourning
- For military personnel:
- The stress of heading into an operation
- Afterward, thinking about experiences you had during an operation
This list isn't complete by any means. But I hope it will get you thinking. The personal patterns that you may be used to from testing essences in the past are bound to change in response to these new times. I am reminding you to pay attention and be sensitive to your changesand to not forget the help you can give yourself with essence telegraph testing.
ETS (EMERGENCY TRAUMA SOLUTION)
Once you have learned how to test flower essences, you can easily make an ETS for yourself. An ETS is a solution that is pre-made and ready to use whenever we experience physical, emotional or mental trauma or in an emergency situation such as accidents, sudden illness, buildings collapsing around you or sudden exposures to harmful chemicals or microbes. The easiest way to describe the ETS is to get you to think back to the precise moment you learned that planes had flown into the Twin Towers in NYC. Think of the kick in the stomach or mind that you felt. At that moment, your electrical system had been hit hard, had experienced a trauma, and you needed to take your ETS. The ETS immediately restabilizes your electrical system and, as a result, you. Because the ETS is pre-made and ready to use right away at any time, it becomes an incredibly helpful tool for you to have available in your home, car and office. Right at the time when you need help the most, you don't have to think about anything except grabbing your ETS. Take the drops as instructed. Then you'll be able to operate and think well as you digest what has happened and begin to respond appropriately.
NOTE: If you are on the Blue Level and already use essences, and you don't yet have your ETS made, I'm just going to come over and smack you around a little. Before you see me on your doorstep with 2-by-4 in hand, make your ETS and place a bunch of bottles around so that they'll be available no matter where you are and no matter what you are faced with.
The fastest and easiest way to learn about the ETS and how to make one is by getting the video, Making an ETS. (Clever title!) To make an ETS, you'll need flower essences and ½-oz. solution bottles. We even offer an ETS Kit that includes the video, empty solution bottles and labels.
MICROBIAL BALANCING PROGRAM
If you haven't yet kicked in the MBP, now's the time. Go back and read the Maroon-Level information.
Blue-Level Suggestions for the MBP
Options for monitoring and adjusting your general microbial/body balance:
- Do an MBP general balancing test every one or two weeks throughout the entire crises time. This is a primary check and adjustment on the general balance of your beneficial microbes and your body in relation to those microbes. Because the testing is a little more extensive than is required for Phase 1 Testing, the results are more comprehensive.
- Do an MBP Telegraph Test every one or two weeks. The focus for the telegraph testing will be your microbial balance in light of the different issues involved in the current crises.
You Are Concerned about Possible Secondary Exposure:
You have three solid and remarkably effective responses for getting through these times.
- As soon as you hear about the problem (within the first 20 minutes of being hit with the news), take your ETS.
- Then, take a dose of each of the MBP Immune, Lymphatic and Respiratory Balancing Solutions, no matter what time of day it is when you are first exposed or hear about the potential problem. (If you work in a high-risk job, it would be good to have these three MBP Solutions at the job site as well as at home.) Then take the solutions twice daily throughout the crisis and for two weeks after you are sure this immediate crisis is over. Then go back to taking these MBP Solutions one time daily. If you are not sure if the microbial release has been fully cleared out, just plan to take the MBP Solutions twice daily until you feel certain all is well.
- Do an MBP Telegraph Test. The focus for this test will be what specific microbes have been released and their impact on you. Be sure you do all the follow-up telegraph testing that is required for getting completely through this problem. You are not left defenseless with just your worries if you have a secondary exposure to a bioterrorist act.
You Got Hit with Direct Contamination and You Are in Serious Trouble:
- Take your ETS immediatelyduring the first 20 minutes of exposure. (Always keep a bottle of ETS with you, especially if you are working or living in a high-risk environment.)
- As soon as possible, take a dose of each of the MBP Immune, Lymphatic and Respiratory System Balancing Solutions, no matter what time of day it is when you are first contaminated. (Again, if you work in a high-risk job, it would be good to have a these three MBP Solutions at the job site as well as at home.) Then take the solutions twice daily throughout the crisis for two months after you are home from the hospital. After two months, go back to taking these MBP Solutions one time daily. (A family member or friend who is willing to visit you daily at the hospital will need to bring along the solutions and give you the needed dosages. Hospital personnel will not like seeing those bottles sitting around.)
- Here's where you are going to need some more help. I'm giving you two options. Use the one that best suits your situation and the testing competency of the person helping you.
- While you are waiting for your test results, do an MBP Phase 1 test each day. This will give your body a leg up for defending itself against the microbial attack. Prior to needing this help, it would be good if you have partnered with someone (friend or family member) and both learned how to do MBP Phase 1 Testing. If you have had direct exposure and test positive for something like anthrax or small pox, your partner will need to take over and do surrogate Phase 1 Testing for youpreferably every day. So you and your partner must be willing to step up and help on a daily basis if one of you should become victim to an attack. (If daily help isn't possible, then testing as often as possible is the next best thing.) Once released from the hospital, you are now faced with restoring balance to a body that has also been hit hard by all kinds of anti-microbial medication. Your body has been a battlefield and you are going to feel it. Plan to continue the daily MBP Phase 1 Testing for two months after your return home. Your strength and your body's ability to defend itself in the future depend on your restoring balance. The MBP Solutions and the MBP Phase 1 Testing give you excellent tools for full recuperation.
- Do everything listed above. But instead of doing the Phase 1 Testing, you will be working with the MBP Telegraph Testing Process. Although this is more extensive testing, it is a much better approach for dealing with a serious microbial attack. Phase 1 is a good approach and certainly better than nothing. In fact, quite a bit better than nothing. But the MBP Telegraph Testing Process for such a serious situation is, quite simply, superb. The focus for the testing will be whatever areas of the body (and their beneficial microbes) that have been impacted by the outside microbial attack. Start this process as soon as you have been directly exposedor you suspect you have been directly exposed. It is critical that all of the follow-up testing be done. The good news about using the Telegraph Testing Process is that you will not need to test each day. Just make the solutions that are needed and continue with the follow-up testing when scheduled. After you return home from the hospital, continue the MBP telegraph testing until you test clear.
About taking antibiotics:
Although antibiotics are essential when someone has been clearly infected in a bioterrorism release, it is important to remember that it is not a good idea to use antibiotics as a blanket preventive measure. Microbes mutate when attacked by an antibiotic, thus eliminating the effectiveness of that antibiotic if we should really need it later on. In short, I urge us all to not lose our heads and take a bunch of antibiotics simply from feareither our personal fear or the fear of the health officials around us who aren?t sure what else to do and are recommending antibiotics, 'just in case.' We may need those weapons later for dealing with a direct infection. I'm hoping you'll see that the options Perelandra has to offer can be used so that antibiotics can be saved for the time when our survival is really in question and effective antibiotic use is critical.
Vaccinations:
I am not going to weigh in on the debate about whether or not it is advisable for an individual to receive vaccinations. This is something that will have to be decided by each of us, should we be faced with a mass vaccination campaign. But I can give some additional help no matter which decision you make.
Receiving a Vaccination:
I am assuming that you are already taking the MBP Solutions and doing the MBP testing every week or two. If you would like to receive a vaccination as a further preventive measure:
- Take your ETS right after receiving the shot.
- Then plan to take the MBP Immune, Lymphatic, Digestive and Respiratory System Balancing Solutions twice daily for three months. If you need to get additional vaccinations for different potential microbial exposures, take these three MBP Solutions twice daily for three months after each vaccination you receive.
- You have two options for using the Microbial Balancing Program:
- Do daily MBP Phase 1 Testing for two weeks after the shot, then continue the Phase 1 Testing each week for an additional 2½ months.
- If you are doing the MBP Telegraph Testing Process, start this testing right after you receive the shot. The focus for the telegraph test will be the vaccination and its effects on your body and your body's beneficial microbial population. Be sure to do all the scheduled follow-up testing until you test you are clear.
Electing to Not Receive a Vaccination:
Just follow the guidelines I've already laid out in this Blue-Level section.
