Eat Right 4 Your Type
by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo with Catherine Whitney

I highly recommend the diet program explained in Eat Right 4 Your Type by Dr. Peter D'Adamo.

In looking back since I have been on this diet, I am amazed at the range and depth of health improvements I have experienced. I recommend this diet to those of you interested in Perelandra health processes because it provides you with a strong foundation for general balance and health. With this foundation, you can better utilize the Perelandra health programs to take care of chronic or serious illnesses, nagging symptoms and any extraordinary or special issues that arise from day to day. If the body doesn't have a good foundation, the Perelandra processes have to work hard just to keep your head above water. These processes were never meant to provide for us what a proper diet can provide. They were meant to address imbalances, illness, disease and injury that go beyond that which our body can handle with the good general foundation that is provided by the right nutrition. For those of you who have been using the Perelandra Essences and other Perelandra health programs, you will see a change in the frequency these aids are needed and the numbers of essences your electrical system requires.

About The Author: Dr. D'Adamo is a noted naturopathic physician, researcher and lecturer. His extensive research and clinical testing of the blood-type connection to health and disease has led to groundbreaking work with many illnesses, including breast cancer.

NOTE: I have no connection with Peter D'Adamo.
I've never met the man or talked with him or corresponded with him. I thought you might appreciate knowing this so that you'll understand I have no special interest in recommending this book beyond the fact that my own experience and research has proven the diet to be invaluable and that I feel this diet is an excellent companion to the Perelandra Essences and health processes.

Live Right 4 Your Type
by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo with Catherine Whitney

Dr. Peter D'Adamo's Live Right 4 Your Type presents the latest research on blood type and specific blood type subgroups (non-secretor and secretor). The diet guidelines presented in Eat Right 4 Your Type have been further refined, and blood type profiles have been expanded. It includes advice on lifestyle management, coping with stress and maintaining emotional balance, maximizing health, overcoming disease and addressing the effects of aging. You'll also find specific suggestions for children and adolescents. These new refinements help to further individualize our overall approach to health, and provide more support for a strong foundation, enhancing our work with the Perelandra health programs.

What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause
by Dr. John R. Lee, M.D. with Virginia Hopkins

Premenopausal symptoms, endometriosis, weight gain, low sex drive, fibrocystic breasts, heart disease and osteoporosis — most women will experience these or other hormone-related problems. And today, millions of women concerned about aging must decide whether or not to undergo synthetic hormone replacement therapy — and suffer the side effects and increased risks of cancer.

But there is revolutionary news about completely safe, natural progesterone, the only hormone supplement women may need as they age. The exciting clinical findings from its use were first spread by word of mouth, then in a groundbreaking book written by acclaimed California physician John R. Lee. Now, in this expanded and completely updated edition, Dr. Lee brings you lifesaving facts that even your doctor may not know about Premarin, Provera and other HRT drugs; gives you an easy-to-follow nonprescription "Hormone Balance" program; and tells you how to stay energized, strong, sexually vigorous and free from "female problems" before menopause, during the menopausal years and beyond.

John R. Lee, M.D., is the author of Natural Progesterone. He retired from private practice after thirty years, and then spent years teaching medical professionals and lay audiences about hormone balance and health.

NOTE: I had no connections with the late Dr. John Lee. I'm recommending these books because I and others on my staff have appreciated what Dr. Lee has to say in them and are now using progesterone cream with excellent results. I also feel that what he says about human health is right in line with the Perelandra approach to health.

What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Premenopause
by Dr. John R. Lee, M.D., Jesse Hanley, M.D. and Virginia Hopkins

You could be experiencing unexplained weight gain, fatigue, mood swings, loss of libido, fibroids, tender or lumpy breasts, endometriosis, PMS, infertility, memory loss, migraines, very heavy or light periods, cold hands and feet, or a combination of these symptoms. You may have been told they're "nothing," or stress, or even menopause — and offered surgery, antidepressants, or prescription hormones.

But the startling truth is that you may be suffering from premenopause syndrome — and there are simple, safe solutions. When John Lee wrote the groundbreaking What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause, younger women started asking if natural progesterone could help them, too. In this book Dr. Lee, now with women's health expert Jesse Hanley, M.D., brings you a revolutionary nonprescription "Balance Program" to restore your gynecological health, energy and sex drive — and even slow the aging process before menopause, and beyond.

The Anatomy Coloring Book
by Wynn Kapit and Lawrence M. Elson

For years I've been telling people about anatomy coloring books and how helpful they are. First of all, it is a fun and easy way to learn about human anatomy. (I actually color my book!) This is important as we lay-people take on more and more personal responsibility for our health and health care. Also, when faced with serious illness and injury, we can refer to the book to better understand what is going on and what the physician is talking about. The Anatomy Coloring Book is especially helpful when working with the Perelandra Essences and MAP. The information is invaluable for good telegraph-testing with the essences. I can't emphasize enough the clarity and quality this book adds to telegraph-testing and how much more effective the essences are as a result. And it helps us to better explain our physiological issues to our MAP teams.
