If you are experiencing technical difficulties with our web site or placing an order (a problem that is not cleared up with the suggestions given below), please don't hesitate to let us know. Although technical problems are surprisingly rare, web sites are bound to have "hiccups." If you can send us an email, please do so right away. Let us know what you have bumped up against and give us as complete a description as possible about the problem you are experiencing. We'll email back and let you know when to expect the problem to be eliminated. We have a whole platoon of terrific computer geeks standing by who are just dying to jump on a problem — any problem — and solve it. After all, this is the kind of thing that makes geeks happy. In general, it's safe to bet that any problem will be fixed in a few hours and you may assume that you'll be able to revisit our site the next day.

We're aware that there are some odd error messages showing up when some of you place an order. We want you to know that we're on top of fixing this. Recently, we've added new top-notch security features to our order process, and there are three software programs for ordering that are still learning to play well together. We assure you that the security during the order process is in place and your credit card information is as safe as current programming can be. In fact, it's this top- notch security that is generating those odd error messages. It questions every little thing. So, if you are one of those lucky people that our system is saying is "suspect," but you're really a law- abiding, honest citizen just trying to place an order with a credit card that does in fact belong to you, and does in fact have available credit on it — don't despair. We are checking every order that comes in very carefully and if there's a problem we'll contact you right away. If you have any worries or questions, please contact us.
