Perelandra Health Watch Bulletin
CRAVINGS, STRESS AND ETS PLUS
by Machaelle Wright Perelandra, Center for Nature Research
New research shows ("The Washington Post," 9/29/03) what many of us have suspected for a long time: There is a physiological link between chronic stress and our craving for high-calorie, high-sugar, high-fat foods and drink"comfort foods." This link is especially strong among those living in the industrialized nations. If you have a weight problem and/or you notice a correlation between your chronic stress and food cravings, you might try taking ETS Plus twice daily during periods of chronic stress (for some, this may be every day for many years) and anytime throughout the day you feel the craving for ice cream and a root beer float. ETS Plus may reduce and even eliminate the effects of the stress on your body and give you the physiological support you need to break the link between that stress and food cravings.
