19. What to Do Should You Become
Infected with Swine Flu
I've listed a lot of options to use for swine flu with this Health Watch. But I'll list them together here for easy reference so that you'll be clear about what to do should you become ill. It would be especially helpful if, as part of your swine flu preparations, you taught one or two others in your family how to do at least some of the key Perelandra processes. This way, should you become ill, there will be someone to take over and test you and the others. If you don't have time to do this prior to the pandemic, consider conducting "Perelandra lessons" with other family members (or roommates) during the early stages of the quarantine when everyone will have time on their hands and will be looking for something to do.
NOTE: Should you contract swine flu, you will be especially important as the care giver for the family once you come out of the illness because now you will have immunity to H1N1. You'll be able to work with the others in the family (and your neighbors and friends) without risking yourself.
Swine Flu and the Perelandra Response
- FSBS Plus: Continue taking FSBS Plus twice daily throughout the illness and recuperation, as well as during the remainder of the pandemic period. Keep this bottle close to your bed for easy access.
- MBP Solutions: Continue taking all eight pandemic flu MBP Balancing Solutions twice daily throughout the illness and recuperation, as well as during the remainder of the pandemic period. Keep these bottles close to your bed for easy access.
- Emergency MAP: Open an Emergency MAP session as soon as you begin to feel ill, no matter how slight those symptoms may be, and keep it open throughout the illness. Close the coning once you feel strong enough to open regular MAP sessions. Plan to have three sessions per week for the remainder of your recuperation.
- ETS Plus: Take three doses of ETS Plus during the first 20 minutes after you open Emergency MAP. Take one to four additional doses (10–12 drops) five minutes apart any time you feel sudden and extreme discomfort, distress or pain as you battle the illness. Describe your situation to your Emergency MAP team.
- Pioneer's MAP essences: If you have swine flu and there is no one in the house who can test you for essences, you will need to take the Pioneer essence solution that you have pre-made. Make sure the jars, paper cups and a waste can with an easy-open lid are close to the bed for easy access.
- Essences testing: Resume essence testing as soon as you are able.
- Microbial Balancing Program: Try to do at least one Phase 1 Testing Process or an MBP Telegraph Testing Process right after you have opened Emergency MAP and taken the three doses of ETS Plus. If this is not possible, work with the Microbial Balancing Program as soon as you are able.
- Blood type diet: To build stamina and strength and to fully recuperate from a bout of swine flu, you will need to eat food that will enhance your body. For this I recommend food from the blood type diet that is listed as "highly beneficial" for your blood type.
20. Swine Flu Vaccinations
Most people do not realize that the pandemic flu vaccination will require two shots, three weeks apart. The seasonal flu shot is completely separate from the pandemic shots, so now we're talking about three shots altogether.
About the flu shots: I make it a practice to not weigh in on the "get a shot vs don't get a shot" debate. This is a decision that is up to each of us to make and many have strong feelings about the pros and cons of vaccinations in general. I don't want to sway thinking one way or the other. But I can help you once you make that decision:
1. If you are going to get the shots: You can help reduce or eliminate harmful side effects from the shots by taking/administering ETS+ for Humans. Immediately after receiving the shot (within the first five minutes after receiving the shot), take one dose of ETS+ for Humans. Wait 5 minutes. Take a second dose. Wait 5 minutes. Take a third dose. Then, beginning the day you receive the shot, take one dose of ETS+ for Humans each evening for three days. Use this same rhythm for adults and children. Even though you are getting the shots, continue to take our 09-10 Flu Season Balancing Solution and FSBS+ TWICE DAILY to make sure you are covered.
Important: If you choose to get the pandemic vaccine, it is absolutely vital that you receive both pandemic shots. If you half-ass this and just get one pandemic or swine flu shot, it is possible that you will give H1N1 the opportunity to adjust and mutate in ways that render the vaccine useless. By "useless" I mean useless not just for you (one shot will not immunize you) but for a whole bunch of other people who will be infected by your mutated super-H1N1. This is how we ended up with a super TB bacteria for which there is no effective antibiotic. People infected with TB didn't complete the antibiotic regimen and the bacteria mutated, thus rendering the antibiotic null and void.
2. If you choose not to get the shots: Just make sure you take both our Flu Season Solution and FSBS+ TWICE DAILY.
21. Hospital and Conventional
Medical Assistance During a Pandemic
The Perelandra tools I've listed for you in this Health Watch will help you to remain self-sufficient when it comes to your medical needs during the pandemic. However, there are some emergency situations that will still require you to seek conventional medical assistance. Use your common sense here. For example, a broken bone will need to be set. In a pandemic, going to a hospital will be considered a high-risk activity and will likely expose you to swine flu. But if you need hospital care, you need it. I'm saying the obvious here because I don't want you to relinquish your common sense when working with the Perelandra processes. It is true that you will be amazed at the results and grateful to have these tools on hand during a pandemic. But you still need to apply common sense when considering seeking hospital care. While you are under the care of a doctor or in the hospital, you may continue to use the appropriate Perelandra tools and processes. At the very least, be sure to have your Emergency MAP coning open throughout the entire time you are seeing the doctor or in the hospital. All the Perelandra tools and processes will work in conjunction with the conventional care you receive. The two are not mutually exclusive.
22. Additional Information and Related Products
FSBS Plus
FSBS Plus an oral solution preserved in brandy or vinegar, similar to our Flu Season Balancing Solution. But instead of addressing your body's balance for seasonal flu viruses, it specifically addresses the body's balance in light of new pandemic flu viruses.
To address the body's balance in preparation for the pandemic flu, you need FSBS+. This is a different solution that is specific to preparation for the current pandemic. Given that the pandemic has started and it is expected to worsen in the Northern Hemisphere this fall and winter, we recommend you take this as well as the Flu Season Balancing Solution twice daily. One 2-oz. bottle will last one person two months. Because we feel strongly about supporting you during the pandemic, FSBS+ is always discounted at 1/3 off the regular price of Solutions. $10 (Regular price $15)
Pandemic Preparedness Kit
The Pandemic Preparedness Kit contains eight MBP Balancing Solutions, ETS Plus for Humans and FSBS Plus. These bottles come packed in a sealed and labeled box for easy storage until you need it. We recommend keeping it with the rest of your emergency preparedness supplies (first aid kit, food, water, etc.). One Kit will last one person approximately two months, so you'll have to do the math to see how many you will need to cover your whole family.
We recommend you have enough Kits on hand to last you and your family 12 weeks. Please see the product details page on our web site for special ordering/shipping considerations (especially international customers). This Kit is heavily discounted to make it available to as many people as
possible, and we will keep this price for the duration of the pandemic so that you are not faced with having to buy all the Kits you need all at once.
The Pandemic Preparedness Kit includes: 2-oz. bottles of eight MBP Solutions (Immune, Lymphatic, Cell, Digestive, Endocrine, Nervous, Respiratory, Urinary), FSBS Plus and ETS Plus for Humans. $100 (regular price $155).
NOTE: The pandemic has already started, so if you haven't already begun, start taking the MBP Balancing Solutions listed above now (we are assuming many of you already are). However, please remember to have sealed Pandemic Preparedness Kit boxes in emergency storage for use during the pandemic. During critical times, shipping services may be delayed.
Pandemic Preparedness: Perelandra Papers Pack
This pack contains all the flower essences processes you will need during the pandemic. We recommend putting these papers with your Pandemic Preparedness Kit so that you are not faced with looking for your copies in the event of an emergency.
The Perelandra Papers Pack includes: Body/Soul Fusion Process, Calibration Process, Nature Healing Coning for Animals, Energy Cleansing Process, Perelandra Essences Telegraph Test Checklist, Post-Death Flower Essences Process. $14.

Question Hot Line
This is a reminder that the Question Hot Line is open Wednesdays, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Eastern Time. It can get pretty busy when there are serious outbreaks of illness, so please be patient if you get a busy signal. The number is 540-937-3679. Also, you can always send emails to question@perelandra-ltd.com.
Organizing Tips
During a pandemic, you'll be relying on the Perelandra tools and processes you've chosen to work with for your health and medical care. And you'll be using these things often. The MBP Balancing Solutions can be sitting on the night stand next to your bed since you'll be taking them the last thing at night and the first thing in the morning. Several bottles of ETS Plus should be placed around the house for immediate access by anyone, should they need it right away. But if you don't organize yourself further, trying to keep up with the testing and using the Perelandra programs will become annoying pretty quickly. When something annoys us, it's human nature to not want to do it. In a pandemic situation, this could be dangerously self-defeating, so here are some suggestions:
- Set up a "Perelandra testing center." Designate a small table or desk as the Perelandra testing center and set up the Perelandra books, papers, a full copy of this Health Watch (all 4 parts!), essences, a bottle of ETS Plus for humans and a bottle of ETS Plus for Animals, a calendar, a clock, Expanded Balancing Kit, tablets of charts, pens/pencils, empty solution bottles, a bottle of your preferred preservative (brandy/vinegar), a spoon, paper towels, personal protection gear . . . all the stuff you'll need during the pandemic period. Then when it's time to work, all you have to do is sit down and you'll have everything there at your fingertips. Once the pandemic is over, you can "break down" the testing center and go back to using that desk/table for other things.
- The testing center isn't possible. You have no desk or table to set up. The kids wouldn't leave your stuff alone and this would defeat your attempt to organize. Or you realize it would be better for your situation if your "Perelandra center" was mobile rather than stationary. Do you have a small suitcase the size of a carry-on bag, preferably on wheels? Put everything in there, and now you have a mobile testing center. You'll only need to pick up one thing, that suitcase, and take it to wherever you need it.
- You don't have a table or small suitcase? Ok. But now you're starting to annoy me (yes, I'm being cheeky). I have one more idea: The Perelandra tote bags. All the larger stuff can go in the larger tote bag and the pens, charts, spoon and other small stuff can go in the smaller bag. Now you have your all-in-one-place mobile Perelandra testing center.
Checklist and Chart Tablets
To avoid the need for photocopying or extensive hand-written notes during the pandemic, you may want to add some of these Blank Chart Tablets to your pandemic supply. NOTE: The Essences Record Chart makes it easy to keep track of many different essences solutions, which can be particularly helpful if you are the only in-house essence tester.

Additional Resources
In my reading and research about swine flu, I've come across several web sites that provide excellent information on how to protect yourself and your family from the H1N1 virus, what to do to prepare for a pandemic, what's needed to set up a sick room and how to safely and effectively care for the sick. I list these sites for you below and recommend that you print off the information so that you can refer to the information as you prepare during the pandemic.
For setting up a room or area as a sick bay and for a list of other items you will want to have nearby should you become sick, see the PandemicHomeCare: Free Checklist for Setting Up a Sickroom. Based on everything that I have read about humans contracting swine flu, you should be coming out of it in about one to two weeks.
Microbix: This is a virology company that has experience with dealing with infectious agents in its day-to-day business. They have prepared a plan for dealing with an influenza pandemic that includes steps they gave to their employees to protect themselves and their immediate families during a pandemic. I think one of the keys to getting ourselves and our families through an H1N1 pandemic is to understand something about the virus and how it functions. I found Microbix to be "virus savvy" in ways that can be easily understood by the public. They have generously posted their information for anyone to use. The following links are to two of their web pages that I feel are particularly useful.
