Perelandra Health Watch Bulletin
PANDEMIC, VACCINATIONS, FLU SEASON SOLUTION
& PERELANDRA PROTOCOLS

Several of our customers have pointed out that if I'm not going to take a stand on vaccines, I should provide equal information from the critics of the vaccine. We've had difficulty coming up with legitimate sites critical of vaccinations that don't sound like conspiracy theories, aren't anti-government or reek of over-the-top hysterics. We think the following sites provide good information.

This first link provides detailed information on each of the vaccines, ingredients and important things to consider:
Four Swine Flu Vaccines Approved by FDA

Vaccine Awakening

National Vaccine Information Center

H1N1 and Flu Vaccine Facts
We hope this helps you make a more informed decision.

                                                                                            Sincerely,
                                                                                            Machaelle Wright

Well, one of our more interesting falls and winters will soon be upon us. It's pandemic time, folks. Time to test our ability to adjust to fast-moving changes and to meet new challenges. As usual, our friend DemFromCT at dailykos.com has an excellent, non-hysterical summary of where we are now with H1N1 — Officials Brace for an H1N1 Resurgence.

It includes guidelines for what to do if H1N1 remains mild and what to do and expect should the virus increase its virulence. It also includes some wonderfully helpful links. And there's information about seasonal flu shots and pandemic flu shots. Most people do not realize that the pandemic flu vaccination will require two shots, three weeks apart. The seasonal flu shot is completely separate from the pandemic shots, so now we're talking about three shots altogether. (By the way, in case you missed it in an earlier EarthSave from me, DemFromCt is a practicing physician and has been one of the dailykos.com principle educators on viruses in general and pandemic viruses specifically for years now.)

UPDATED CDC Flu Shot Info 10/7/09:
  • For H1N1 (swine flu), you'll only need one shot if you are over the age of 10 and two shots spaced 4 weeks apart if you are under 10.
  • For seasonal flu vaccine, you'll need one shot. However, children under the age of 10 who are receiving their very first seasonal flu shot ever will need 2 shots, approximately 3-4 weeks apart.
  • For the intranasal (up your nose) vaccines: If you are between 2-49 years of age, you get one spray for seasonal and one spray for H1N1, spaced about 4 weeks apart. If you are over age 50, you have to get the shot.
Because these protocols can change, for the most current information on H1N1 and seasonal flu vaccines see:
CDC: H1N1 Flu Vaccination Resources
About the flu shots: I make it a practice to not weigh in on the "get a shot vs don't get a shot" debate. This is a decision that is up to each of us to make and many have strong feelings about the pros and cons of vaccinations in general. DemFromCT addresses the debate in this latest post. I don't want to sway thinking one way or the other. But I can help you once you make that decision:

1. If you are going to get the shots: You can help reduce or eliminate harmful side effects from the shots by taking/administering ETS+ for Humans. Immediately after receiving the shot (within the first five minutes after receiving the shot), take one dose of ETS+ for Humans. Wait 5 minutes. Take a second dose. Wait 5 minutes. Take a third dose. Then, beginning the day you receive the shot, take one dose of ETS+ for Humans each evening for three days. Use this same rhythm for adults and children. Even though you are getting the shots, continue to take our 09-10 Flu Season Balancing Solution and FSBS+ TWICE DAILY to make sure you are covered.

Important: When multiple shots of the same vaccine are recommended, it is absolutely vital that you receive all of those shots. If you half-ass this and just get one pandemic or swine flu shot, it is possible that you will give H1N1 the opportunity to adjust and mutate in ways that render the vaccine useless. By "useless" I mean useless not just for you (one shot will not immunize you) but for a whole bunch of other people who will be infected by your mutated super-H1N1. This is how we ended up with a super TB bacteria for which there is no effective antibiotic. People infected with TB didn't complete the antibiotic regimen and the bacteria mutated, thus rendering the antibiotic null and void.

2. If you choose not to get the shots: Just make sure you take both our Flu Season Solution and FSBS+ TWICE DAILY.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

• Start taking the 09-10 Flu Season Solution asap (like now!) and plan to take it twice daily right away. Don't wait for seasonal flu to show up in your neighborhood to begin taking that second dose. Start taking both daily doses as soon as you receive your 09-10 Flu Season Solution. This way you can build up your body against seasonal flu faster and you don't have to worry about which flu (pandemic or seasonal) is swirling around you in the fall/winter when people start coming down with something in your neighborhood. Plan to take the 09-10 Flu Season Solution twice daily all the way through August 2010. This is an unusual flu virus time that we are facing and caution is key.

• If you haven't started yet (what am I going to do with you!), take FSBS+ for the pandemic H1N1 flu NOW. And take it twice daily, as well.

Note: By twice daily, I mean first thing in the morning (even before brushing your teeth) and last thing at bedtime. You will need to take FSBS+ twice daily for the next 12-18 months. Pandemics usually move in three waves. We are now about to enter the second wave. Therefore, it's going to take a little time for this pandemic to play itself out.

• If you are one of the smart ones who purchased the Pandemic Kits as preparation and if your kits are still sitting somewhere in your closet collecting dust, now is the time to dig those kits out, open them and start taking those MBP Balancing Solutions as directed. Really, start taking them NOW.

• I've been trying to get you guys prepared for a pandemic for over three years now. In the process, I've given you a bunch of links that provide you with good preparation information and first-aid / sickroom setups. I've also given you protocols for using the Perelandra products that can help you during a pandemic. You say you can't remember a thing? Well, we have all of those alerts and Health Watches still posted on our web site in our Pandemic Preparation section. You might want to spend an evening reviewing them. For setting up and using the Perelandra processes and tools, see Health Watch #13: Perelandra Processes & Pandemic Flu. It's been updated to include addressing the current pandemic virus. (Note: If you have a print copy of the original HW #13 which refers to H5N1/avain flu, keep it. H5N1 is still around and you may need this information later.)
