NOTE: If you would like to offer Perelandra help to other women who are not familiar with Perelandra or its products, just talk to them about what is listed on the Green Level. MAP: Have a "coming off HRT" session every 2 weeks. Announce to your team that it is a "coming off HRT" session. They will work on the needed adjustments in this area of your health. At the same time, you will talk to them about any physical changes (positive and negative) you have noticed over the previous 2 weeks and the difficult symptoms that are continuing to occur longer than 2 weeks. Also describe your emotions. This would include your fears around the HRT study news, your fears about your health now and in the future regarding the effects of HRT, and any other stresses that are occurring as a result of the HRT situation.
Essencesbasic testing: It would be best to do a daily basic test for the full five months you are coming off HRT and adjusting. If tested daily, you do not need to make a solution. However, if this is more than you can handle, do a basic test once a week and make a solution that can be taken daily for the next week. You'll need to make a new solution each week and test for how many times daily you are to take it. Once a new test with a new solution has been done, you do not need to continue taking the solution from the test that was done the previous week. Since this is a basic test and not a telegraph test, there is no specific focus needed for the testing.
BLUE LEVEL: (Refinement learning curve for veterans of the Perelandra programs and products.)

MAP: Have a "coming off HRT" session weekly. Use the same setup as listed on the Maroon Level.
Essences
Basic Testing: Do a basic test daily. You will not need to make a solution since the testing is daily.
Regular Telegraph Testing: For a regular telegraph test, focus the test on what essences are needed as you come off HRT. Plan to do this testing every 2 weeks. As you are coming off HRT, do a telegraph test for any symptom as soon as it occurs. If you need to take essences for a telegraph test more than one time, you will need to make a solution. Take that solution for however long the dosage testing calls for.
Essences Checklist Telegraph Testing: Using the Essences Telegraph Test Checklist, set up for testing with the following focus: "coming off HRT and repair." Then follow the Telegraph Test Checklist Process for each area that tests positive. You will also need to do an Essences Telegraph Test Checklist for each symptom as they occur. You may do the Essences Telegraph Test Checklist Process in lieu of regular telegraph testing. Plan to do this testing every 2 weeks.
Microbial Balancing ProgramTelegraph Testing Process: Do this process using the MBP Telegraph Test Checklist & setting up the focus as follows: "coming off HRT & healing." Follow the MBP Telegraph Testing Process as described in the Perelandra Paper: "Perelandra Microbial Balancing ProgramTelegraph Testing Process." Plan to do this testing once a month. (You may also use this process for any symptom that you are having difficulty getting under control. In this case, you will do the process as soon as the symptom occurs. The focus will be that symptom.)
