How to Order

We hope you'll find our online ordering process to be easy and enjoyable. Most online orders go very smoothly, but occasionally, you may experience a glitch. If you are new to web ordering, you might find it helpful to print this page and use these instructions to place your order. If you have tried the suggestions below, but continue to have trouble with your order, check your browser software/settings. And, if that doesn't help, contact us.

Here?s how to order online:

1. Click on 'Product Catalog.' Then, click the product category you'd like to view on the left navigation bar and begin! If you are new to Perelandra, read "Getting Started" before you begin shopping.
   
   
2. To order directly from the pages listing products, enter the quantity for each item that you would like, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Add to Basket' button. Be sure to click 'Add to Basket' before going to the next page. You can also view a detailed description of any product by clicking on its title and then ordering from its page by clicking on the "Add to Basket" button.
   
   
3. The shopping cart will show you the items you've selected and your subtotal. To add more items, click on the "Keep Shopping" button. If you remove any items from your cart, or change quantities, be sure to click on the 'Recalculate' button before you continue. If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, just click 'Cancel.'
   
   
4. When you are finished shopping, click on 'Checkout.'
   
   
5. Enter your name and billing address exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. A red '(R)' indicates a required field. Some fields are optional, but the more information you provide, the better we can assist you when needed.
   
   If your billing address and shipping address are the same, click 'Continue.'
   
   If you wish to have your order sent to a different address, please click 'no' to the question at the top. ("Is this billing address also the shipping location?") Then, click 'Continue.' This will take you to another page where you can enter your shipping address. Confirm your changes then click 'Continue.'
   
6. Select a shipping method. Click on the arrow to view a list of options and the cost of each. For more shipping information, go to Customer Service.
   
   
7. Choose the payment type you wish to use.
   
   
8. If this is a gift and you'd like a message to be sent with the order, please type your message in the "message text" box that appears during the checkout process.
9. If you have any special instructions regarding your order, you may type this in the "message text" box.
   
   
10. Click 'Continue.'
    
    
11. Enter your credit card number and expiration date, then review your order to confirm all information is correct. If you wish to change any information, click on the "Back" button to return to any of the previous checkout pages and change your information. If everything is correct, click "Continue." When you click 'Continue' this time, your order will be submitted to us!
    
    
12. Your order is complete! You may wish to print a copy of your invoice for your records.
    
    
13. You will receive confirmation of your order by email. Please save this email! It shows your User Name and Password.
