International Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods
All international orders are shipped by air mail (parcel post) unless you request otherwise. Surface delivery is available but we want you to be aware that it can take from several weeks to several months for your order to arrive by surface delivery. If you would like Express or Expedited UPS shipping, please place your order by fax or phone so we may determine your shipping charges. Please include any shipping instructions in the "Message Text" box that appears during checkout.

Duties and Taxes
Duties, taxes and other customs fees are not included in our shipping charges. You may wish to obtain relevant information before placing your order so you are not surprised by the amount your customs office may charge.

Customs Regulations
Some countries may have regulations that restrict the import of flower essences or certain items in the Soil Balancing Process Kit and Expanded Balancing Process Kit. We recommend that you find out the import regulations from your local customs office before placing your order. If you have difficulty obtaining this information, please contact us. We will assist you in any way we can. Perelandra will not assume responsibility for the cost to ship and return orders that customs will not allow you to receive.

International Discount
We understand that customs fees, taxes and duties for importing our products can be rather expensive and would like to offer a little financial relief. To ease the expense of importing, we offer an international discount of 5%. This discount can be combined with other discounts, with a maximum available discount of 15%. (Offer does not apply to sale items.)

• If you are ordering only books and papers to be sent to a Canadian address, you may choose the 'Surface - books only' rate option. Do not select this option if your order includes essences or anything other than books and papers.
  
  
• We reserve the right to charge additional shipping when your order is processed should you inadvertently choose a shipping method that does not apply to your order. We will contact you for confirmation before charging your credit card if additional shipping charges exceed $5.
