MAP: For both premenopause & menopause, plan to have MAP sessions once a month. Announce to your team that this is either a "premenopause" or "menopause" session (whichever applies to you). They will work on the needed adjustments in this area of your health. At the same time, you will talk to them about any physical changes (positive and negative) you have noticed since the last session and any difficult symptoms that are continuing to occur. Also describe your emotions. This would include your fears about menopause and your health now and in the future, and any other stresses that are occurring as a result of moving into and through this stage. If those around you are surrounding you with menopause old-wives tales that you find bothersome, include your feelings about this, as well. If you are having difficulty understanding what is happening to you and you find the changes frightening, you'll also want to talk about that. Consider your MAP team your personal menopause experts who are there to help you move gracefully and confidently through this stage. All you have to do is talk to them about what this experience is for you as it unfolds. If you begin to have menopause symptoms that are troublesome, ask your team if you should be meeting with them more than once a month. Also, ask your team if you need to use the tools for your menopause experience that are listed in the Maroon Level / section 2. Even though you have not taken HRT, you may need the additional support that is outlined in that section. For each of the testing focuses, however, you will continue to use the focuses as given in this section (section 3).

Essences—basic testing

  • For premenopause, plan to do a basic test monthly and make a solution if you need to take these essences more than one time.
  • For menopause, plan to do a basic test either daily or once a week. If tested daily, you do not need to make a solution. However, if this is more than you can handle, do a basic test once a week and make a solution that can be taken daily for that period of time. You'll need to make a new solution each time you test and you will need to test for how many times daily you are to take it. Once a new test with a new solution has been done, you do not need to continue taking the solution from the previous test that was done the week prior. If you are having an easy trip through menopause, plan to test essences monthly and make a solution if the essences are needed more than one time. Since this is a basic test and not a telegraph test, there is no specific focus needed for the testing.

Microbial Balancing Program—Phase 1 Testing: When setting up to do the simple Phase 1 testing in the MBP, you can "assign" a specific focus that will fine-tune Phase 1 results as they apply to that focus. For section 3, you will focus Phase 1 as follows: "premenopause & menopause assistance for healthy women who have not used HRT." Then proceed according to the regular Phase 1 instructions. Plan to do MBP Phase 1 for this focus every 3-4 weeks.

MAP: For both premenopause & menopause, plan to have MAP sessions once a month. Use the same setup and guidelines as listed on the Maroon Level / section 3.

Essences

Basic Testing: For both premenopause and menopause, use the same setup and guidelines as listed on the Maroon Level / section 3.

Regular Telegraph Testing: For a regular telegraph test, focus the test on what essences are needed for your premenopause or menopause changes and to stabilize your systems during this time of your life. Plan to test once a month as a regular checkup. Also, do a telegraph test for any symptom as soon as it occurs. If you need to take essences for any telegraph test more than one time, you will need to make a solution. Take that solution for however long the dosage testing calls for.

Essences Checklist Telegraph Testing: You will use the Essences Telegraph Test Checklist if your changes are bothersome to you. Set up for testing with the following focus that applies to you: "premenopause" or "menopause." Because of the nature of this Checklist, you do not need to get anymore descriptive than this. Then follow the Telegraph Test Checklist Process for each area that tests positive. However, if a symptom persists and becomes more acute, you will also need to do an Essences Telegraph Test Checklist for that symptom. The symptom is your focus. You may do the Essences Telegraph Test Checklist Process in lieu of regular telegraph testing. Plan to do this testing any time it is needed.

Microbial Balancing Program—Telegraph Testing Process: Do this process using the MBP Telegraph Test Checklist and set up the focus as follows: "premenopause" or "menopause." Follow the MBP Telegraph Testing Process as described in the Perelandra Paper: "Perelandra Microbial Balancing Program—Telegraph Testing Process." Plan to do MBP telegraph testing for this focus every 3-4 weeks.

You may also use this process for any symptom that you are having difficulty getting under control. In this case, you will do the process as soon as the symptom occurs. The focus will be that symptom.
