Returning an Order

We will accept returns on books and tapes in saleable condition, and on flower essences/MBP Solutions/ETS Plus that have intact shrink wrap or shrink bands. We will not accept returns after six months from the date of purchase

To return any item, please ship it back to us via insured mail or UPS using the address information below. We will be happy to refund the cost of the item. Postage and handling charges are not refundable for returns.

Please include the following information with your return:

  1. A copy of your invoice or a note giving your name, address and phone number.
  2. A note telling us why you are returning the item.
  3. Instructions for your refund. (Would you like us to apply credit to your account, apply a refund to your credit card* or send a refund check?)
  4. Please give us an email address, fax number or daytime telephone number so we may easily contact you if we have questions.

* If you'd like your credit card refunded, please include your complete credit card information with the return: the number, expiration date, CID and your signature.
