Stress Kit

Ah, stress. Stress is something most folks deal with daily. In Health Watch #8: Stress, Machaelle gives guidelines on using the Perelandra products and processes to relieve the effects of unusual or prolonged stress. We put together a kit with the simplest things recommended — MBP Solutions and ETS Plus, along with the Health Watch article. This kit gives you a stress-free way to get some relief.

Stress is directly linked to a weakening in our body's systems, especially our immune system. This leaves us vulnerable to every other illness and disease that might be floating around us. The goal of Health Watch 8 is to help us maintain strength and balance during times of stress so that we may make good decisions and act in constructive ways. It also helps us repair and balance physically and emotionally from the continuous strain of stress. This doesn't magically remove the situation causing the stress. It gives us what we need to successfully address the situation with strength, calmness and grace.

Essence of Perelandra Stress Break Baths
A 20 minute bath in Essence of Perelandra restores your sense of balance, gives you strength and helps you continue on with your life in a connected, calm and effective way. So if you would like to add one more of the suggestions from the Stress Health Watch, we're giving you a break on this stress break. You can easily add an 8-oz. bottle of EoP to your kit, just select that option when purchasing. One 8-oz. bottle of EoP will provide three baths (much more economical than three trips to a spa, with more lasting effects!).

~ The MBP Solutions, ETS Plus & EoP for Stress ~
The Solutions contained in this kit are all easy to take and come with simple directions. No PKTT (kinesiology testing) is required. You can start using them the day they arrive.

• ETS Plus for Humans (Emergency Trauma Solution) reduces and may even eliminate the effects of the stress on your body. It helps stabilize you mentally, emotionally and physically. Take ETS Plus twice daily during periods of chronic stress. If you are suddenly hit with a stressful situation or hearing bad news, take 1 dose (10 – 12 drops) every 5 minutes for the first 20 minutes.

• The MBP Balancing Solutions strengthen the body's systems so that the body can actively withstand the impact of stress. Take the prescribed number of drops twice daily (first thing in the morning and at bedtime) for each Solution listed throughout the time you are under stress. Once you are no longer experiencing the situation(s) causing stress, take these six Solutions for an additional two months. They will continue to strengthen your body. In turn, your body will be better able to repair itself from any damage you have sustained resulting from the stress.

  Take a quick shower first. Then fill your tub (with water!). Add 1/3 cup of Essence of Perelandra (EoP). Don't add soap, shampoo, bath oil, bubble bath or chicken gizzards to the EoP bath. It's just you and your EoP. Now lie back, relax and soak for 20 minutes. Don't rinse yourself off. Just pat yourself dry (with a towel!).
