Useful Reminders During a Stressful Time

Don't underestimate the impact of worry on your health and balance.

Now that we see what this administration is planning to put into place and the broad effects it's going to have on the lives of different groups of people, both in the U.S. and abroad, it's important to acknowledge the added stress it brings. For example, you finally have healthcare for your college-age son and you don't know what you'll do if you lose that coverage. That can be stressful. If you or members of your family could be directly impacted by the changes in immigration policy and actions, that can be very stressful. Whether something has happened or not, the level of concern and the worry of not knowing takes a toll.

ETS for Humans isn't just for emergencies and sudden "unplanned" events. It's also beneficial when you're bracing for whatever the next unplanned event might be. ETS will help you regain your balance and keep your wits about you while figuring out how to keep moving forward.

Also, don't dismiss the strain of this kind of worry on a person's health. This is critical to remember during this time of year when there is a higher than normal amount of seasonal microbial issues in communities across the northern hemisphere. Continue to take the Virus Solution and Bacteria Solution twice daily. If you've been taking them, and you still catch something or feel like you are going under, consider that the added stress is what took you down. In addition to Virus and Bacteria, take ETS for Humans 3 to 5 times a day, and anytime something makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up, take another dose (10-12 drops).
