Keep Taking ETS Every Day

ETS and EIP

If you are experiencing an ongoing crisis (or two), take ETS for Humans 3-5 times a day. And keep your EoP Infusion Pump in your pocket for added, continuous balancing support.

If any of the following examples apply to you, plan on continuing to take ETS 3-5 times daily.

  • You live on the West Coast of North America
  • You live in an area hit by disaster
  • The next named storm of this season is forecast to move through your area
  • You're packed and ready in case an evacuation is ordered for your community
  • You've already evacuated your home
  • You are a first responder, firefighter, police, EMT, search/rescue, health care provider, 911 operator . . .
  • You are sick, or you're caring for a loved one who is sick
  • You're going through any kind of crisis — family, financial, home or health

Call us should you need free Crisis ETS sent to your address or where you are currently staying. This service is available to international customers, not just those in the U.S. Let us help you through this.

If you are not currently experiencing a disaster, crisis or illness, still take ETS for Humans twice daily, every day. Don't underestimate the impact of everything going on around you, especially when all of that chaos has begun to feel "normal."

If the Medical Assistance Program (MAP) is new to you, or if you've been curious about MAP but haven't pursued learning more, keep reading. We provide a brief introduction and links to loads more information in this message.

Already work with MAP?
(even if it's been years since you did)

Consider this message equivalent to us placing a gentle hand on your shoulder to tell you that you're going to get through this — and your MAP team is there for you to address current issues, problems and concerns.

Schedule regular MAP "maintenance" sessions. Depending on how you are doing right now, you might need sessions twice weekly, once a week, every other week or maybe just monthly unless something changes for you.

Regular maintenance sessions should focus on your overall health and well-being. How are you holding up mentally — trouble concentrating, sleeping, focusing, completing tasks? How are you emotionally — feeling anxious, depressed, lonely, scared? And physically — extra clumsy, more tired than usual, muscle tightness, face break-outs, headaches, or do you have any new symptoms of illness or imbalance?

We're describing a "check in" session here. When you have an obvious illness or injury, it's important to schedule a separate MAP session to focus just on that illness or injury and specific mental/emotional stressor. Be sure to follow-up with as many sessions as needed to move through the healing process. Don't lump a bunch of different issues/illnesses and/or injuries into one session. And don’t try to combine your regular overall health maintenance sessions with the sessions to address specific problems.

Remember to allow at least 24 hours between sessions, so that you can integrate the work done before moving on. You will experience better, faster progress by allowing the time needed for integration. More is not necessarily better or faster.
