Help for your health, anytime.

Now's a good time!

Keep Taking ETS Every Day

If you are experiencing an ongoing crisis (or two), take ETS for Humans 3-5 times a day. And keep your EoP Infusion Pump in your pocket for added, continuous balancing support.

If any of the following examples apply to you, plan on taking ETS 3-5 times daily.

  • You live on the West Coast of North America
  • You live in an area hit by a hurricane or tropical storm
  • The next named storm of this season is forecast to move through your area
  • You're packed and ready in case an evacuation order is issued for your community
  • You've already evacuated your home
  • You are a first responder, firefighter, police, EMT, search and rescue, health care provider, 911 operator . . .
  • You are sick
  • You're caring for a loved one who is sick

Please call us should you need free Crisis ETS sent to your address or where you are currently staying. Let us help you through this.

If you are not currently experiencing a disaster, crisis or illness, still take ETS for Humans twice daily, every day. Don't underestimate the impact of everything going on around you, especially if all of that chaos has begun to feel "normal."

Consider this email equivalent to us placing a gentle hand on your shoulder to tell you that you're going to get through this — and your MAP team is there for you to address current issues, problems and concerns.

Schedule regular MAP "maintenance" sessions. Depending on how you are doing right now, you might need sessions twice weekly, once a week, every other week or maybe just monthly unless something changes for you.

Regular maintenance sessions should focus on your overall health and well-being. How are you holding up mentally — are you having trouble concentrating, sleeping, focusing, completing tasks? How are you emotionally — are you feeling anxious, depressed, lonely, scared? And physically — have you been extra clumsy, more tired than usual, muscle tightness, face break-outs, headaches, do you have any new symptoms of illness or imbalance?

Be sure you are talking about the pandemic and its effects on you. Describe how the added crises in your life or in the world around you, are affecting you. If you know someone who is sick or you are worried about loved ones, talk about that and how it’s affecting you day to day. If you have had to leave your home or your home has been damaged or destroyed, talk about that. If you have lost your job, your business is in trouble or you are struggling financially — talk about how those problems are impacting your mental, emotional and physical well-being.

These are check in sessions. When you have an obvious illness or injury, it's important to schedule a separate MAP session to focus just on that illness or injury and specific mental/emotional stressor. Be sure to follow-up with as many sessions as needed to move through the healing process. Don't lump a bunch of different issues/illnesses and/or injuries into one session. And don’t try to combine your regular overall health maintenance sessions with the sessions to address specific problems.

Remember to allow at least 24 hours between sessions, so that you can integrate the work done before moving on. You will experience better, faster progress by allowing the time needed for integration. More is not necessarily better or faster.
