How to Order
We hope you'll find our online ordering process to be easy and enjoyable. Most online orders go very smoothly, but occasionally you may experience a glitch. If you are new to web ordering, you might find it helpful to print this page and use these instructions to place your order. If you have tried the suggestions below, but continue to have trouble with your order, check your browser software/settings. And if that doesn't help, contact us.
Here's how to order online:
- Click on 'Our Catalog' or any of the featured categories in the green bar at the top of this site (General & Introductory, Environment & Gardening, etc.). Then, click on the product(s) you'd like to view. If you are new to Perelandra, read Getting Started in the General & Introductory section before you begin shopping.
- To order directly from the pages listing products, select the options you prefer (from the drop-down menus if there are any), enter the quantity for the item that you would like, then click, "Add to Basket." You'll see the item appear in your shopping cart at the right.
- The shopping cart will show you the items you've selected and your subtotal. To add more items, click on the 'Keep Shopping' button. If you remove any items from your cart, or change quantities, be sure to click on the 'Recalculate' button before you continue. If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, just click 'Cancel.'
- When you are finished shopping, click on 'Checkout.'
- Enter your name and billing address exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. Some fields are optional, but the more information you provide, the better we can assist you when needed.
If your billing address and shipping address are the same, click 'Continue.'
If you wish to have your order sent to a different address, please select "Ship to different address." and wait a moment for the Ship To address fields to appear. Enter your shipping address. Confirm your changes then click 'Continue.'
- Select a shipping method. Click on the drop-down box arrow to view a list of options and the cost of each. For more shipping information, go to Customer Service.
- Choose the payment type you wish to use.
- If this is a gift and you'd like a message to be sent with the order, please type your message in the 'message text' box that appears during the checkout process.
- If you have any special instructions regarding your order, you may type this in the 'Special Message' box.
- Click 'Continue.'
- Review your order and information.
- Enter your credit card number, expiration date, and CID. If everything is correct, click 'Pay with card.' to submit your order to us.
- Your order is complete! Your final invoice will appear, You may wish to print a copy of your invoice for your records.
- You will receive confirmation of your order by email. Please save this email for your records.
Sales Tax
A sales tax of 5.3% applies to Virginia residents only. It is automatically calculated when you place your order.
Payment Options
Pricing and payment is in U.S. dollars only.
- For online orders, we currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.*
- If you wish to pay by personal check or money order, or use a gift certificate, please mail your order to Perelandra, Ltd., P.O. Box 3603 Warrenton, VA 20188.
- International checks must be issued on a U.S. correspondent bank. Money orders must be in U.S. currency.
* We do not currently offer an online payment-by-check option on our web site.
Gift Certificates
You may purchase a Perelandra gift certificate for any amount you would like. We can send it to you or forward it directly to the recipient along with a copy of our catalog. At this time, gift certificates cannot be purchased online. Please call, fax or mail your order for gift certificates.
Sending a Gift
If you would like us to send your order as a gift and include a gift card, just let us know by typing your instructions in the 'Message' box that appears during checkout. (You'll see this box after you enter shipping address information.) We'll gift wrap your order if you request and will include a nice gift card at no extra charge. Let us know in the same message box what you would like us to write on the gift card.
