Nature IN THE KITCHEN WITH JANE by Jane Meyer
I recently realized I could work with nature when cooking and baking. I connect with the overlighting deva of the recipe I'm working with or of the food I'm making when I want to improvise or modify herbs, spices, quantities, substitutions, how long to bake in my oven, etc. I discovered this when baking muffins and banana bread with tofu. Both the muffins and the banana bread caved in and came out gooey. I found out from nature that freezing the tofu and thawing it had caused the problem.
