41. Ken's Question: You are awesome, we love you. I have been following your work since 1985. Is there another book In the works? Do you go on speaking Tours? I am on the planning committee for the Ecological Farming Conference in Pacific Grove, CA. Could we ever get you to come Present? The conference is in January every year. Thanks for this Q & A.
Machaelle's Answer: First of all, thank you for your kind words. I'm especially pleased to see that you're working with the Perelandra tools in the areas of environment and landscaping. I make it a strict policy that I don't talk about any work that I'm doing before it's ready be introduced to the public. So I'm not going to answer your book question. As for your kind invitation, I'm afraid I consider that my primary focus is the work that I'm doing at Perelandra, and I'm putting all of my time into that now. So I'm not travelling around. But thank you for considering inviting me to your conference. I know I would be honored if I didn't have my nose permanently stuck in soil.
40. Trudy's Question: Hello thanks a lot for all the essences. My best friend was on intensive care for breathe problems. With a lot of kinesiology and the essences of nature the sobopla and moon and bowl whe got her back in live and health. Thanks a lot for all what we can do in live support with the Perelandra. Greetings Trudy
Machaelle's Answer: Trudy, it's really good to hear this. I'm glad you've experienced such good success.
39. Angela's Question: Hi, I am wondering what you would recommend for military people suffering from PTSD.
Machaelle's Answer: We have had people reporting good success using ETS for Humans for PTSD. The person would take it 3 to 5 times a day, and if they can catch themselves before they go into an episode they would take it just before. If not, they would take it just after an episode.
38. Nikki's Question: Hello Machaelle, I am attempting to be more consistent in co-creative gardening this year. And the $480 seed order was much more than I had anticipated for my small gardens. May I add a financial piece to my DDP moving forward while keeping the integrity of my original DDP?
Machaelle's Answer: Yes, but I think I'd approach it differently. Determine how much you are able or willing to pay, then ask nature to reduce your seed order to where it fits into that amount of money. You want to make sure that you end up with the seeds that are connected to and supportive of one another in their ratio, so let nature give you that information on just what you need to do to reduce.
37. Christine's Question: Hello Machaelle Would you say a little more about who is the Overlighting Deva of Healing, I have never found any references anywhere and recently it blocks my receiving the MAP session, Pan of course I have always known... Thank you.
Machaelle's Answer: I don't know if this is going to disappoint you, but the Overlighting Deva of Healing is the Overlighting Deva of Healing. It doesn't have a split personality with a second name. No deva will "block" you in any coning. And the Overlighting Deva of Healing especially will not block you in a MAP session. I'm afraid, for whatever reason, you may be blocking yourself.
36. Nancy's Question: In PIC, when asking for a retest date and getting a 'none' - then do I ask how many days to take the unit? Thanks. I'm finally using the MBProgram and MAP combined. Calibration helped considerably.
Machaelle's Answer: I'm pleased to see you're using the Microbial Balancing Program (MBP) and MAP. This is from our PIC FAQs
Q: If there is no Retest date, does this mean I take the unit solutions one time only?
A: No. It means you need to find out how many days/weeks/months you are to take the current unit (the one that doesn't need a Retest). Then take that unit's drops twice daily for the full period of time. At the end, the unit's work is done for that focus.
35. Shirley's Question: Machaelle, I'm doing #8 in the
One Bite for Projects for a move. Is this considered a garden? Wondering if the Nature Cards can be used with my issue.
Machaelle's Answer: If you're working with a coning you can work with the Nature Cards.
34. Kathi's Question: Hi Machaelle, I'm new to Perelandra and recovering from a flu; it's been 3 weeks. I normally don't get them or maybe just a day or 2 so this is a new experience. Sounds like ETS for humans would be beneficial from another question to help with rebound. I've been taking Immune and Lymphatic MBP. Would it be beneficial to take the Seasonal Balancing Solution when I'm recovered fully?
Machaelle's Answer: Definitely add ETS for Humans, 3 to 5 times a day to eliminate any boomerang effect you're having. Then continue taking MBP Immune and Lymphatic, and add Seasonal Balancing. We're recommending that Seasonal Balancing be taken twice daily this year because of the unusually difficult viral cocktail that's taking people down. Hope you feel better soon.
33. Dave's Question: I've been away for a while. Last I remember was using the
Garden Workbook. Now there is PIC? Can I get a brief explanation to the upgrade. Thanks M!
32. Karen's Question: I would like to know if I can use PIC as an approach to clearing miasms. I am familiar with the flower essence approach, but that seems to overwhelm me considering I have so many symptoms and all of those essences seem to be too much at once. I am hoping PIC might be a gentler approach. I am dealing with the tuberculinum miasm at the moment — extreme sensitivities are part of its nature. If I can use PIC, how do you suggest that I word it?
Machaelle's Answer: I say try using PIC and see if that does a good job for you. Your focus would be "tuberculinum miasm." I suggest you use the simple approach for this focus. Be sure that you continue doing the retests until you test clear.
31. Polly's Question: Does my cat have her own higher self? I know she goes on instinct vs free will but how far is she "Nature with a face" and how far is she an individual being? And Petunia stole my heart - what ever happened with her? Thanks for so many tools and intros to my own group of influential friends- it's not too much to say that they've literally saved my life and reason multiple times. My great thanks for all of it.
Machaelle's Answer: Why are you asking these questions? Are they pertinent to your day-to-day relationship with your cat? For a good understanding, read What is Nature Intelligence?.
30. Anita's Question: What is the difference between EoP and ETS for Humans? Which is better for general anxiety?
Machaelle's Answer: EoP provides strength and balance for your body's physical, emotional and mental levels. ETS actually repairs the body's electric system where it has been impacted by trauma and stress. You have to decide what's the source of your general anxiety to determine which is best for you. I recommend, if you're new to all of this, to try EoP for 3 weeks and see what that gives you (2 doses daily), and then switch and try ETS for Humans for 3 weeks (2-3 doses daily) and see which one gives you the better results.
29. Marthe's Question: Here in Tucson AZ we seem to be having a problem with aggressive bees which are keeping me from enjoying being out in my yard during the loveliest time of year. If I were thinking of contacting some of the Nature Intelligences who might be able to advise me how to handle this situation in a fair way, would I communicate with a Deva of bees, or go more local and contact a Nature Intelligence of the property where I live? What would you do?
Machaelle's Answer: All you have to do is say out loud, "I'd like to talk with nature intelligence about the bees in my area." Ask them what you can do to encourage the bees to not bother you.
28. James's Question: Hi Machaelle, thanks so much for this forum. This might sound daft but I get anxiety attacks when I think about death. It really scares me. I've taken this to MAP and PIC but it's not really helped. My fear is the lights just go out and I won't exist. Also the actual process of dying. My wife sadly passed away due to cancer and it was a traumatic death. Despite doing MAP, essence testing for her and ETS, she was in indescribable pain right up to the end and medicine couldn't control her pain plus she was terrified. It was really horrible. It scares me about dying. I just wonder if you can offer and advice or suggestions how to deal with this? Many thanks.
Machaelle's Answer: First of all James, I don't think this is daft. Especially in light of your experiences with your wife. I think a lot of people are frightened by death. Here are some things I've learned about death that might help. 1) There is no death. 2) Death is a transition process and it's a bit like gravity. When the moment comes, we just relax, let go and let gravity take its course. 3) You may experience lights going out, but that's just how you are temporarily experiencing the transition. 4) And perhaps this is the most important point. I have a lot personally riding on life after death, but I looked at it with a practical eye and realized I don't have to worry about this. If there's life after death, I will make a transition and continue on. It's automatic and I need do nothing else. If there isn't life after death and I cease to exist, I will no longer be worried about this because I won't be existing. So it's not a problem! I think for people who have your concerns about this, you are just approaching death as the big "reveal" and either you exist or you don't. But don't forget — if you don't, you're not going to be worried anymore. One other thing, it wouldn't surprise me at all if, as you move into the death process, your wife is going to be right there helping you through because she knows what you went through for her.
27. Laura's Question: Hi, Machaelle, Just a question about the Battle Energy Release Process. Is that something more of us should try on locations near us to help with normalization or is that something we should not do? Is there any list of the battlefields that have been treated?
Machaelle's Answer: You have to be careful not to do any of the Perelandra processes on land where you do not have rightful access. If the battlefield that you're thinking about has been designated a public site, then you do have a rightful access to it because your taxes are helping to pay for it. Set up the coning and the first question you should ask is, "Is it appropriate for me to do a Battle Energy Release Process for this battlefield now?" If you get a "no," close the coning, say "sorry to disturb," and walk away. Be sure you read the complete text explaining the Battle Energy Release Process that comes with the steps. If you don't have that, it's in The Perelandra Garden Workbook. The information in that text is important for anybody working with the process to have.
26. Patricia's Question: I take a PIC solution twice daily to repair and recuperate from a broken bone; the PIC Unit includes MBP Skeletal and MBP Muscular solutions. Do I need to take those two solutions again separately for the benefit of my other bones and muscles, or does the PIC solution generalize? Thank you for all of your work and your books - I have benefitted greatly.
Machaelle's Answer: The PIC combination (unit) is specifically for the focus of the PIC testing. It does not include other issues. So, yes you do need to take Skeletal and Muscular outside of PIC for your other issues. Glad to hear that you're having success.
25. Joan's Question: I am working with a person who had major Candida issues any suggestion on a preferred solution that will help in addition to nutritional treatments?
Machaelle's Answer: Oh Joan, you're gonna hate me for this . . . I don't mean to give you the impression that I'm ducking your question. But really, this question needs more than a forum answer. So I strongly suggest that you call Jeannette on the Question Line today, or call the Question Line on Wednesday and they can give you the best way to get started in light of your friend's situation.
24. Sara's Question: Hi Machaelle and Jeannette and crew! A big rainy hello from Otis and I in the beautiful Willamette Valley in Oregon! Best wishes for the Spring from us and our dogs Sol and Kaya :) We are focused on helping people build healthy, cooperative relationships in our work with biz and non-profits and individuals. Saw the Getting Functional was back on website. Is this the updated version Jeannette had mentioned might be coming? Anything we should know more about when you think of cooperating together to serve the greater good stuff? It has really meant a lot to us. Thanks for all your work out there!
Machaelle's Answer: Hi, it's good to hear from you. Yes, the Getting Functional back on the website is the updated version. As for your other questions, they require a discussion. So I recommend you call the Question Line and talk to Jeannette or Beth about what more from Perelandra you might work with. Jeannette's on the Question Line today until 5 PM ET: 1-540-937-3679.
23. Cindy's Question: I have an 8 lb Yorkie that has a growth restricting his airway, this has been a very slow growth and palpable from the outside thyroid area. I have been treating him with EOP and when he is having a tougher day ETS. I place drops in his food dish. I would like some encouragement please.
Machaelle's Answer: This is a situation where it may be best to combine conventional treatment with what Perelandra has to offer. So, your Yorkie may need surgery. In this situation, you would strengthen your dog with EoP and ETS prior to surgery, and then help your dog recover with EoP and ETS after surgery. Or you can speed up the process and use PIC for pre-surgery and post-surgery.
22. Helene's Question: Hi Machaelle, thank you sooo much for your teachings! They connected my relation to Nature in a much deeper way. Wow! Would it be possible to do soil-less gut gardening? Create a DDP for a soil-less garden project, open a SLG 4 points coning , activate the DDP and then feel or sense what to do next? THANK YOU
Machaelle's Answer: You can go in this direction if you'd like, but it's going to require that you be very precise and concise in what you are asking so that you can hear the correct answer. You're also going to have to pay attention to the natural human desire to take over and control the operation. Which you leave yourself open to when you try to do a soil-less gut garden.
21. Mary's Question: I currently take the MBPs and usually ETS daily when I'm feeling stressed. I also will use EoP with an intention. I have a series of extremely stressful (to me) work projects that require confidence, clarity and great discernment along with physical stamina while presenting and teaching. How can I use the Perelandra products to help balance my electrical and nervous systems so I don't feel so very scared and spinning out of control. I would like to stay tuned into my insightful presence and hold this field for myself and all in compassion, love and light. Thank you.
Machaelle's Answer: You seem to be doing fine with your daily doses of ETS and EoP. I would recommend that when you are dealing with those stressful parts of your work projects, take additional doses of ETS (before, during and after).
20. Aidawedo's Question: I am thankful for the coning practice that you introduced us to and the way that Nature can meet with anyone in a "conference room." Lol. Tell me, for a 4-point coning does every form have a deva? In order words, if I want to meet with Nature about an issue or focus, how do I know if the "thing" has a deva that can communicate to me? Does every "thing" that we want to include in a 4 pt. coning have a deva that we can create with? Everything? Kisses
Machaelle's Answer: All form has a deva. Humans don't have a nature deva as such, but they do have a soul. However, the human form, which is nature, has a deva. And it's called the Deva of the Human Body.
19. Ken's Question: I open a coning and set the DDP for the day every morning. I am wondering what is the best way to receive the information back from the coning as I go through my day.
Machaelle's Answer: The coning is going to get the information to you the most efficient way that you are open to in that moment. So expect the information to come from any direction. Usually it comes when you're not paying attention, like walking down the street, talking to your child, having a pee . . .
18. Holland's Question: My question is two-fold: What would you recommend for humans to offset or recover from effects of EMF and geopathic stress? Second, what would you recommend for gardens or properties to neutralize these stressors as much as possible? Thanks!
Machaelle's Answer: The first suggestion would be to move. If you aren't going to move, test one PIC List for yourself and test another PIC List for your home environment to addres "the effects of EMF." If you are interested in working with nature to strengthen the balance of your environment, get The Perelandra Garden Workbook.
17. Rob's Question: Hi Machaelle! Yay, so glad to be here! 2 things if that's ok. I can't find where or in what book you wrote it... but the gist was that humans were not "of" or "from" planet earth. What does that mean, and if I read it correctly, where are we from?? Second quick one: when starting a new soil garden, is it best to have the soil tested for contaminants? Or shall we just go through the processes in the Garden Workbooks and assume that what can/will grow will be healthful edible veggies and herbs to eat? So, will nature transform the soil for us/the plants? Or might some intervention be needed before even planting? Thanks a million! Rob
Machaelle's Answer: 1) Rob, I didn't write this. I don't know what you're talking about. Sorry! 2) I generally find when working with nature, that if we've screwed something up environmentally it's important for us to get off our asses and UNscrew it. It's important that we not expect nature to take over the areas we're responsible for. However, it is important to remember that when we are addressing a screw up, to work with nature in partnership to do whatever is needed in the best timing for the best results. So many of the questions you've asked me, you need to ask nature. For example: Is it important for you to have the soil tested for contaminants? Also, if your soil is toxic, don't expect nature to eliminate the effects of the toxins from whatever is growing in that soil. Nature works with balance, and the balanced response of a plant growing in that soil it to include those toxins. It's up to you as a thinking human being, to decide if you want to eat what's growing out of that soil before you clean it up.
16. Eva's Question: Is it proper to ask the PIC to send insights on a specific issue I have asked it about in ways that are crystal clear? Sometimes I don't get the messages. My subtle skills are not that developed, and sometimes I do not hear or see when Nature is speaking to me. Can I ask for a more explicit vehicle to convey the message from Nature? Yes, I do muscle test, but sometimes the information comes in other ways to me. thank you
Machaelle's Answer: There's no problem asking PIC for a simpler and more explicit vehicle for the information, as long as you're asking something related to the bottled products. When you're asking something related to nature, the environment, soil-less gardens . . . it is best to open the related coning and ask nature the questions directly. Be careful not to try to force the information to come to you in just your one preferred way. Nature will choose the best vehicle for getting the information to you, and you don't want to close that off.
15. Tulis's Question: In re-reading PIC, it seems that the "Library" is open in reference to the various Perelandra bottles, but if I want to address an issue on a personal level – like mine is about choosing happiness – this is something to test the PIC List. I was walking around the other day and thought, "I am going to learn how to be happy if it kills me!" which, of course made me laugh. So I opened PIC and asked for information on this. Next thing you know I am re-reading the PIC instructions – duh. So, so, so can this "question" remain in the Library or do I have to include the testing. Or can I do both? Thanks. tulis
Machaelle's Answer: For PIC, you don't need to do both. Make a choice. When you're doing the Library/Classroom, you don't have to test the PIC List. When you're testing a PIC List, it's inherent that information from the Library will be included.
14. Susan's Question: Machaelle, I'm involved in a soil-less garden project that is very time and energy consuming, and I have been panicking about not getting out into my garden. When I do go out, I feel an almost a resistances. Do I need revise my garden intention to fit around these time/energy considerations?
Machaelle's Answer: The easy answer to this is yes, you can go back into your soil-less garden DDP, insert the time and energy consideration and then reactivate it. Then carry on with your soil-less garden project.
13. Patti's Question: I live in a condo and the electric box it connected to my unit. How can I keep the minimize the effect of the electric current? Thank you for all the planetary work you are doing.
Machaelle's Answer: Okay Patti, the obvious answer to your question is . . . move. In lieu of that, I recommend that you use PIC to find out what you need to minimize the effect of the electric current. If you've never used PIC, today is a good day to call the Question Hot Line (540-937-3679) and have Jeannette help get you started.
12. Judith's Question: I've been using the Essences for years now. A dear friend gave me some boxes he didn't use, and I've noticed the rubber is disintegrating, with some leaking when turn upside down. Some of my older ones (less used) are too. They're all vinegar-based. Solution is just to replace caps, or not so simple? Thank you... and for all your contributions!
Machaelle's Answer: Unless there are big chunks of rubber floating in the liquid, you can simply replace the droppers. The old rubber can change the taste, but it doesn't impact the effectiveness of the essence. Some people don't mind the taste, but if you don't like it you may want to replace the bottles that have a strong rubbery flavor.
11. Nancy's Question: I'm wondering how the fol-de-rol in politics and on the world stage is playing out in our gardens. Are the nature spirits up in arms?
Machaelle's Answer: When you work with nature intelligence in a garden setting, you can feel confident that nature is taking all of the variables that might impact that garden into consideration when it gives you information. So you don't have to do anything special. It's the nature of nature.
10. Laura's Question: Hi Machaelle, thanks for taking the time for another Q and A! Mine is semi-humorous... but not really. In these times, is there such a thing as too much ETS+ for humans? I'm considering an IV... but seriously, is there a point at which it's overdoing it? Currently multiple doses a day (3-5...ish). Thanks!
Machaelle's Answer: 3-5 doses a day is not over-doing it. However, if you decide to use your "IV" method, and you've got a continuous drip going, your body will be eliminating and throwing out the ETS electrical pattern that's not needed. So now you're asking your body to do another unnecessary job in these stressful times. (By the way: I agree, an IV is worth considering! ;) You might want to include keeping an EoP Infusion Pump in your pocket to help you keep your strength and balance throughout the day. With this, you can feel confident that your 3-5 doses of ETS are more than enough.
9. Camala's Question: Hi Machaelle, Although I have been using the Microbial Balancing Program for several years, I recently took antibiotics for an ear infection (because I had to fly that week). I did an MBP session, too, and explained the situation, but I still felt like I had done something wrong, betrayed the microbes and my partnership with Nature. What is the right way to handle this?
Machaelle's Answer: Okay, you've punished yourself enough for this! Open a new Microbial Balancing Program coning and use as your focus what the microbes need in order to return to balance after getting hit with an antibiotic. It's not so much that you had to take an antibiotic because you were going to fly. That's reasonable. Sometimes it's important and smart to incorporate conventional medical care, but the important thing about the Perelandra processes, including Microbial Balancing is that you can then repair any damage that occurred during treatment. If you're still feeling guilty, just say you're sorry. They'll pat you on the back and say, "That's okay!"
8. Laighne's Question: Just wanted to give my gratitude to you and all your staff for all the tools, products and service you provide for us. You certainly make life simpler! PIC has truly boosted my ability to trust in my answers. The weekly garden todos have made it much easier to accomplish a co-creative garden. THANK YOU!
Machaelle's Answer: Beth and Jeannette, the powers behind the co-creative garden "One Bites" are going to be extremely happy to hear how much you appreciate it. And to be honest with you, Laighne, we could all use as much help as we could get to simplify our lives as we move forward to get through the current challenges of the day. So I'm glad you're using the products well.
7. Alexandra's Question: What is the best way to counteract the negativity and hate that is becoming so open in our current culture?
Machaelle's Answer: I think it's important to consider this on two levels. 1) The personal level. What are you doing to add to the negativity and hate that you're not currently aware of, and how do you counteract the impact of negativity and hate on you? That's a good PIC focus. 2) What can you do to actively counteract the negativity and hate in your community? For that, I suggest you look at the activity that's already begun and choose something that is attractive and you can join. If nothing in your community exists right now, think about what you can do to start something. To use Perelandra as your support, you can work with the soil-less garden process to start an activity that is supported and balanced by nature.
6. Shirley's Question: Machaelle, if you are taking ETS for Humans 3x/day for stress, can you count the dosage you use e.g. for a MAP session as one of the stress dosages or does the stress one stand on its own focus?
Machaelle's Answer: The stress dosage stands on its own. The focus of the two dosages are different. One ETS dosage is going to stress, one is going to supporting you for your MAP session. The intent you have behind your dose is important.
5. Luakini's Question: 1) I know and have read PIC lists should be followed until no retesting is required. However, if I've have created a PIC list with a focus that could go on for a very long time — years to life. If this PIC focus has become less important to work on than other other issues that come up (and not to have too many PIC lists going at one time), Is there a way to end this PIC list smoothly without any disruptions--or, is best to finish out the PIC focus until it's natural end. Would it be best to open a MAP conning and start PIC and ask them an appropriate date to stop? 2) If I am working on balancing and stabilizing land in a general way. I could use a NS or a PIC list -- my choice?
Machaelle's Answer: You can simply stop taking that PIC Unit. If at a future date, the focus of that PIC Unit pops back up for you, then you need to start from square one with a new PIC List. If you end a PIC List prematurely, just know that the issue reappearing is the risk you're taking. For #2, this is the kind of question that you would ask nature — should you use N.S. or use PIC for what you're dealing with.
4. Lani's Question: Dear Machaelle, thank you so much for your essences and teachings which I have been following for many years. This year my partner and I were taking Seasonal balancing, Lymphatic and Immune and some others and we came down with a very bad flu type thing for three weeks, we had been through a lot of stress but I am wondering if it is possible that it was the body throwing off viruses that were already in the body as a result of taking the essences?
Machaelle's Answer: It could be both of those things. 1) The body eliminating viruses that are counter-productive to your health as a result of Seasonal Balancing. And 2) with the kind of stress you've been under, the Solutions that you were taking could very well start bringing your body out of the flu. But the stress is bringing you back into the flu. Which is why I recommended, if you're having trouble getting out of an illness, take ETS for Humans 3 to 5 times daily to eliminate the boomerang effect that occurs from the stress. Don't underestimate the impact of stress and worry on your health.
3. Ken's Question: How does the
ETS for Humans work?
Machaelle's Answer: ETS for Humans is an oral solution that balances and stabilizes you physically, mentally and emotionally through a specific aspect of your electric system after a difficult emotional, mental or physical experience. It's an electrical pattern that responds directly to the human electric system, which is one reason why it's so effective.
2. Jan's Question: Don't have a question. Just curious!
Machaelle's Answer: Hang in there. We'll really get going as soon as everyone's had their fourth cup of coffee!
