Seán's Question: Upcoming Equinox: You have material in the Garden Workbook about preparing the garden for the equinox. What about for personal preparation and not just the garden (or maybe the soil-less garden)? Where do you have info about preparing one's self for the equinox?
Machaelle's Answer: If you continue reading
Workbook Excerpt to page 39, I have an entire page about how to incorporate one's personal cycle with the equinox.

Catherine's Question: Hi again. When using the new Garden Workbook processes for our overall property or our house, which I'd like to do from time to time, do I have to set each one up first with a DDP before I can do an Energy Cleansing process for routine balance? (The Energy Cleansing process starts with a activating the "start" button--but I don''t plan to maintain these with the same frequency /comprehensiveness as my "garden".)
Machaelle's Answer: You can use the Garden Workbook process as long as you understand how to use the start and stop buttons, and you define the specific area of focus that you would like cleansed. This way your house is not connected to your garden when it comes to the Energy Cleansing Process.
40.
Ann's Question: In our area, there are many chem trails in the sky — it is a milky blue most of the time. Are there any precautions for the garden and my health which you would recommend? Blessings, Ann
Machaelle's Answer: If you're using the processes to maintain balance in your environment, variables such as "chem trails" that might be impacting that environment are already taken into consideration and you don't need to do anything special.
39.
Catherine's Question: When doing Energy Cleansing or other processes using the latest Garden Workbook, the processes start by stating I wish to do the Energy Cleansing for ___ (focus area). If I'm doing this Energy Cleansing as a result of a Troublshooting 2.1 (e.g., for a specific plant or row, for a specific problem), is the focus area just that of the problem, or the whole garden? And should I also include the full description of the problem as used in the Troubleshooting 2.1?
Machaelle's Answer: Focus it on the description of the problem you are using to set up Troubleshooting 2.1. That way you have all of your bases covered.
38.
Barbara's Question: If I have been treating with a frequency generator and hopefully am near the end of having spirochetes, what do you recommend to be finished with this? This was diagnosed my an intuitive healer on the phone who I have never met in person. Thank you!
37.
Catherine's Question: It's amazing working with the new Garden Workbook processes. A question re: NS for Soil or General Garden Balancing. The instructions say to put the bowls on the ground or on a flat rock in the garden. Some parts of my garden are in cement containers with their own soil. Do the bowls need to go into the container soil? Is the sidewalk beside a container also count as "ground or a flat rock"? Thanks.
Machaelle's Answer: The bowls just need to be in the vacinity of the area that you're balancing. Putting them on the sidewalk is fine.
36.
Adriana's Question: Machaelle! First and foremost I want to thank you so much for standing up for what you believe, and what you do, in regards to your FDA visit. What you bring to the table is absolutely extraordinary, and I could say it has helped change my life, my perceptions, and health and well-being. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank you for taking this journey and being brave and sharing it with all of us. And big thanks to the shipping department, and the hotline that gives excellent support. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Machaelle's Answer: You're welcome! You're welcome! You're welcome! And thank you for your kind words.

Jenny C's Question: Hi Machaelle! After 17 years as a Perelandra and soil-less gardening fan, I got inspired to start a small vegetable garden 3 wks ago. . . . I live in a wooded area in Chapel Hill, NC where the soil is clay and the deer ticks have given me Lyme Disease twice (though I'm ok), so I have a deer fence on part of my land. My first thought was to put in a 4'x8' raised-bed garden inside the deer fence, and mix purchased top soil, coir, compost and manure w/ my own shredded leaves & composted woodchips. But I also want to try CCG (co-creative gardening) and I am now reading the new Garden Workbook. I see raised beds as an option in the “breaking ground” section, which makes me think it’s kosher for 2.0 CCG (even though I know you & nature have been able to change the soil at Perelandra from clay-like to loamy and I might want to try that if I get the nerve). All this makes me wonder, if I activate a 2.0 CCG with a DDP that includes wanting to locate the garden inside the deer fence and use a pre-determined rectangular shape/size with the raised beds, am I automatically starting with Plan B? But is that appropriate given my soil/insect issues? Or should I write the DDP to include that ideally, I want to avoid tick bites and make the soil easier to dig? Thanks for any suggestions and for all your incredible work!
Machaelle's Answer: Since it's so late in the season to start a vegetable garden, I recommend you step away from your plans completely and spend the winter reading The Perelandra Garden Workbook and then start the garden from scratch in the spring as outlined in the Workbook. What you have in mind now illustrates the control you want over this garden, and co-creative gardening isn't going to work if you want to have total control.

Brooke's Question: If I want to "know" something I have learned do I take it to my MAP team and/or to open an SLG. I am now wanting to know more in depth about my individual soul rays. Is there any direction you can give me for wording this SLG?
Machaelle's Answer: If it's important for you to learn more "in-depth about your individual soul rays," it will come to you naturally as you live your life. Searching out this type of information often just screws up your timing.
33.
Aaron's Question: Hey Machaelle, are there any co-creative non-scientists or co-creative scientist applying your work/techniques on a large scale in the industrial world? For example any large farms/agriculture or large product manufacturers? If so, can you share who they are? That would be great to know and to support. Thank you for your time and your work!
Machaelle's Answer: Haven't a clue. It's not the kind of information I ask for or keep up with. My job is to supply the protocols for them to use, and if they have any questions they call!
32.
Barbara 's Question: What does Perelandra offer in terms of helping severely depleted hormones of a 64 year old woman? Thank you!
31.
Maria's Question: Hi! What can I do about the Iberian killer slug that is eating everything on its way? Everybody I ask has developed a hatred against them, and I know there's a better solution. Best, Maria
Machaelle's Answer: When you are getting an invasion from something that isn't a balanced component of your biosphere, you need to take it as a message and put that environment through the Troubleshooting 2.1 Process to find out what it needed to avoid or incorporate the intruder in balance. But it's important not to hate them because they're actually just responding to some screw-up we've done.

Martin K.'s Question: Dear Machaelle, Yes its me. And I dare ask a question – body armour in place ;-) I have been becoming increasingly frustrated and unhappy with my housing situation as the landlord likes to visit now every month for a week or more and he keeps me “entertained” with his many building projects in between which I find distracting... He is also a friend, but I can see he likes the balance and flow I managed to create here in his place. Anyhow, I feel financially stuck to afford something else what I need/want, and am struggling with the DDP. Tried all sorts of SLG approached but basically am seeing no shift — gradually my housing situation feels hopeless/stuck. Any suggestions on a better DDP? Thanks! Happy Equinox to you and all!
Machaelle's Answer: Okay Martin, you can relax the armor. Just a little! I think you've answered your own question and you don't realize it. You say, "he likes the balance and flow I manage to create here in this place." There's your answer. Create a DDP for balance and flow that won't be enticing to your friend, and that will help to maintain some distance. I think you had the answer all along, but you just came at it from the wrong direction. Good luck!
29.
Maria's Comment: Thank you so much for answering my questions! So great to know of international resellers! That will make it much easier (and cheaper) for me. I didn't mean to water down the guidelines – I was just curious. Thanks again! Best, Maria
Machaelle's Answer: You're very welcome. Glad I could help!

Susan's Question: Newborn premie w/ heart defect...long term care...should I ask for emergency MAP or put in regular MAP session since it will be for a long time thru many surgeries? Thank you and best wishes always
Machaelle's Answer: For this I would use regular MAP, on a regular basis (ask the baby's MAP team how often they need). Read the section in the MAP book for pre-surgery and post-surgery protocols to follow. If you run into any snags, don't hesitate to call our Question Hot Line. It's open each Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., eastern time.

Louisa's Question: Due to the fda stuff or not wanting to make a 'hard sell,' you might be unwilling to tell folks just how wonderful the Perelandra products & processes are, so I'd like to. The Perelandra Essences, Microbial Balancing Program, MAP & Microbial Balancing Solutions (balancers taken at night) have kept me out of doctors' offices for over a decade. I've had serious health issues that i no longer have symptoms of: severe allergies of all types, rheumatoid arthritis, debilitating neuralgia, walking pneumonia, severe back & joint pain, migraines - those are the big things. I LOVE being more in charge of my own health & especially being free of so much pain & illness. I credit Perelandra at every opportunity, and my gratitude is beyond what i can say. Yes, there is a learning curve for some of these and it is so worth the time & expense if feeling better is your goal. Hope I don't get you in trouble with the fda but this needs to be said. Thank you!
Machaelle's Answer: Dear Louisa, you have just earned yourself an FDA Seal of Disapproval. Way to go! You've just made the FDA's eyeballs spin 360 degrees.

Bev's Question: Hi Machaelle, For the past several weeks, my house has been visited by an infestation of mites - microscopic, biting things, that may be rodent mites (say, from a dead mouse in the crawl space) or bird mites (if they took a dive down the chimney, maybe). I've been using an enzyme cleaner on everything in the house, and I've dehumidified to a level that tends to dry them out. I also set up a coning and asked Pan to move them outside. All of this has helped significantly, but enough of them are still here, biting and reproducing, to be a problem. Are there particular essences or solutions I should use, together with conings, to address this? Are there ways to tell what it is that's out of balance, to help rebalance what's off kilter? Any suggestions, gratefully welcomed! Bev
Machaelle's Answer: You can ask Pan all you want to move an infestation outside, but if you don't solve the underlying problem you're just going to draw more into the space. To understand what you need to do to balance your space so that it stops being attractive to mites is to use the Troubleshooting 2.1 Process that's listed in The Perelandra Garden Workbook.
You guys gotta start shortening your questions — or it's my answers that are going to get shorter! — Machaelle

Kim's Question: Hello. I am so grateful for your work and I am so enjoying learning and working with your work. I have been working with Energy Cleansing and Battle Energy Release processes. On a couple of occasions, I felt energy come home with me from the cleanse. Perhaps some that were not too fond of the work that was just done! Im assuming theses are spirits and not just energy. Do you have suggestions for how I can leave a bit more protected after a cleanse. When this has happened, I have used sage at home to remove energy. Can you please share with me what you believe sage cleanses in comparison to energy and battle energy releases processes. Again thank you for your sharing your wonderful work with us! Much gratitude
Machaelle's Answer: First of all, and this is important for you to hear, the Energy Cleansing and Battle Energy Release Processes are very carefully set up to make it impossible for anything outside of the processes to "hook in." You are not "picking up" anything. Entities are not coming to have tea with you. You are not calling spirits or ghosts into your life. It is simply not happening. However, one cannot dismiss that you think it's happening. That's important as well. And although I personally believe that smudging with sage doesn't do a damn thing except burn and smell like a nice incense (note to sage-burning lovers — I don't want to hear from you about this!) if you feel more confident after using sage and if it gives you personal relief, by all means do it. Or, you can take a dose of ETS for Humans and probably receive the same results. It's faster and it doesn't leave a residue.

Stephanie's Question: Hello Machaelle, I have chronic lyme's disease. I am on an herbal protocol right now and my doctor may add an antibiotic regimen once we see my progress. Which essences should I take to best strengthen my system right now? (I am currently taking the current flu, digestive lymphatic and immune) My symptoms include major brain fog, confusion, anxiety, forgetfullness joint and muscle/tissue pain, interuppted sleep patterns all night and tingling/ numbness in my appendages.
Machaelle's Answer: Add Nervous and Urinary to the group of MBP Solutions you're already taking, and take them all twice daily.

Maria's Question: Hi and thank you for being a beacon of light to follow and to be inspired by!!! I live in Denmark and buying your products is so expensive because of taxes etc. Would it be possible to use Bach rescue remedies instead of ETS+ for humans? When working in my garden, I often have an intuitive hunch about doing something. It is not problem solving, just intuitive guidance. Here, I feel doubtful about the hunches and want to ask you: Should I set up a coning? Or just go with the flow? In my many SLGs I do the same - follow hunches and inspiration In the SLGs I work with guidance and inspirational thoughts. Is it ALWAYS necessary to do the whole "Troubleshooting process"? Or can I go about it in a easier format? The guidelines seem to reveal themselves. Hugs and much love, Maria
Machaelle's Answer: You're certainly welcome to use the Bach Rescue Remedy, but that remedy is a combinaton of 5 flower essences. ETS Plus is a combination of 153 different patterns from more than just flowers. You'll have to make your own decision about what you'd like to use.
I can't tell from your question if you are using
The Perelandra Garden Workbook or the
Perelandra Soil-less Gardens Companion book.
The Garden Workbook sets up guidelines for working with what you call "hunches" and those guidelines can also be used for soil-less gardens. I set the processes up in a specific way because that's how they work best. I can only say that if you choose to water the guidelines down, you can assume that your answers are going to be watered down as well. Again, you'll have to make your own decision of just how clear and comprehensive you want your information to be.

Tracee's Question: Howdy! When I do the Energy Cleansing Process on my property, I put the solution bowls outside under a porch roof. Sometimes the solution freezes. Are these frozen solutions still usable by nature? My house is on the property, should I just put the bowls in the house during the cold seasons? Thanks for all the good stuff!
Machaelle's Answer: Yes, during the cold seasons just put the bowls in the house. That'll make it easier for working with the process. Just to be safe, replenish the solution if it freezes.

Tulis's Question: I was recently talking to Jeannette about depression — the kind of brutal blindsiding beast (that actually may be a result of expansion as I have been doing the morning and evening routine with MBPs, essences etc. for a few months) Jeanette suggested MAP and a focused EOP shift in the morning. Is EOP something that is once a day in the morning or is it appropriate for other times? And do you have any other suggestions. I am experiencing a shift in a good way, but this booger recurs from time to time. So curious as to your thoughts. xo tu
Machaelle's Answer: You can take EoP more than once a day if you want, but you don't have to. Just try taking one dose a day for more than half a week — aim for 3 or 4 months! After talking to Beth and Jeannette about what you've been telling them, here is my creative suggestion: Plan a fantastic, beautiful, wonderful party with great food for yourself. Invite all your friends. Jeannette says she'll go, invite her! And take a moment from your life to simply enjoy . . . life. You can plan it easily by using DropTask! ;-D

Abby's Question: My 18 year old daughter has been battling Lyme Disease and Babesia for the past 3 years. She wasn't diagnosed for almost a year. Although I have been using Perelandra essences for many many years I've been so emotionally devastated by her suffering that I couldn't sit down and figure out a plan of action using Perelandra products. Can you suggest a plan of action for her? Can the essences/solutions help? Right now she just started the immune system/lymph solutions as well as the female repro solution as Lyme really messed up her cycle. I gave her the MAP book to read, but she also has cognitive and neurological problems caused by Lyme which makes concentration and retention of information difficult. We stopped all antibiotics a while ago. Any suggestions would be so appreciated. Thanks! Abby
Machaelle's Answer: My first suggestion is that you need to take ETS for Humans 5 times a day to pull yourself together so that you can be helpful to your daughter. My second suggestion is to call Jeannette on the Question Hot Line today (open until 5 p.m.) so that she can help you unravel this and come up with a decent approach on how to help your daughter. Call: 1-540-937-3679.

Toni's Question: I have MS and experiencing intense nerve pain. What shall I take to reduce these pains?? Toni
Machaelle's Answer: For the essences, you're going to have to test to see what to take. I suggest that you do a telegraph test of the essences on the intense nerve pain. You'll need to consult
The Perelandra Essences book for the steps. For the MBP Balancing Solutions, the following will probably help your pain (even though they may not make any sense): Digestive, Immune, Lymphatic, Muscular, Nervous and Urinary. Try this and see if it helps.
18.
Toni's Question: I am taking Immune, Lymphatic, Respiratory, Essences and Season Flu. Will you tell me the ORDER of each and how much time apart from one another? THANK YOU. Toni
Machaelle's Answer: You're in luck, we've actually charted this out for you. It's not updated with the new Solutions, but it covers everything you're using:
Dosage Road Map.
17.
Alice's Question: Hello, My question is: Is the vinegar that you use organic? Thanks so much, Alice
Machaelle's Answer: No, it's not organic. It's distilled white vinegar and it's a regular, local store brand.
16.
Brooke's Question: When I need to tell my MAP team or SLG team about some inspiration or an answer to a question that I "got" do I have to connect to them every time I get something? Or can I just send them a "focused" message? This is due to the fact that I may get 5-10 or more little "ah ha's" in one day.
Machaelle's Answer: Stick with the focused message. And the next time you're specifically working with MAP or your SLG team, go through as many "aha's" as you remember with them just to make sure everybody's working on the same page.
15.
Linda's Question: What effect does timing have on the MBPs if taking right before/after food or at any time during day? Sometimes I feel I need them at other than designated times. I’ve had a chronic gum infection for months and have tried MAP, MBPs, essences, essential oils and nothing seems to help. Any suggestions? Thank you.
Machaelle's Answer: Try what I recommended earlier which is Immune, Lymphatic, Digestive and the Mouth Balancing Solutions (twice daily) and see what that gives you. Part of your problem might be that you're flipping around from one protocol to another so plan to stay with what I'm recommending for at least 3 months before determining if they're working.
14.
Vandana's Question: Hello, I have been working with what I set up as two different SLGs for a year and a half. I now realize that they are related and actually need to be linked together. So lately I have been connecting to them both at the same time. But this doesn't feel right, I think they need to be merged somehow. How can I do this? Do I have to terminate them and then start up one new combined SLG or is there a better way? Thank you so much for your advice.
Machaelle's Answer: To merge them, just construct a new DDP that contains the elements in each of the two separate DDPs and state that from that point on you are working with this DDP as a single project. You can even rename your SLG to emphasize that there has been a change. Once you fuse the two SLGs into a single one and you have activated it, ask if you need to terminate the other two or if they automatically terminated when you fused them.
13.
Lynne's Question: Hello, and thanks for doing this with us today. Two questions: 1) Is there a benefit to continuing to take Energy, Weight, and Joint solutions 2x/day after the first 90 days? Or is one dose optimal no matter what? I have arthritis and am tempted to keep going at 2x/day. 2) I use the MBP's but nothing else from the whole program. Where to start if I want to expand? Thanks so much!
Machaelle's Answer: 1. If your gut feeling is to take them twice daily beyond the 90 days, then by all means continue taking it. As long as you're getting good responses, just continue taking them twice daily. 2. I feel like I want to punt on this one in part because I'm not sure what you're asking. But more-so I think it would be helpful for you to talk with Jeannette. She's available on the Question Hot Line right now until 5 p.m. today: 1-540-937-3679.
12.
Susanne's Question: Thank you for the opportunity to ask a question. I often feel very tired and suspect that my intestines are inflamed [ diverticulitis ]. Would it be helpful to take some microbial balancing solutions, next to a careful diet? Which do you recommend? I adore your approach to healing, my best wishes to all of you Susanne
Machaelle's Answer: This may sound insane, but I'm recommending that you take Immune, Lymphatic, Digestive and the Mouth Balancing Solutions. Sometimes in mouth balancing, something has to be addressed in the rest of the digestive system in order to achieve mouth balancing. And that's the one that's covered when you take Mouth Balancing. So try this combination, and take it for several months before deciding if it's helping you or not.
11.
Louisa's Question: No questions, just gratitude.
Machaelle's Answer: No answer, just thanks!
10.
Cindy's Question: What product can I use to encourage birds to not fly off when I'm in the garden?
Machaelle's Answer: Probably if you ignored them, they'd be more inclined to stay around. Other than that, I haven't a clue.
9.
Barb's Question: Thank you for all your amazing products and programs that you offer! My question is, is it alright to take the Seasonal Balancing drops right after brushing your teeth or do you have to wait 20 minutes? You are not really eating or drinking but wondered whether this would still interfere?
Machaelle's Answer: In the evening, you only have to wait 15 minutes. But you do have wait, even if it's just brushing your teeth.
8.
Barbara's Question: Hello Machaelle ... I just started working with MAP. There is alot of information available in your book. My question is: What is the most important thing to know about working with MAP.
Machaelle's Answer: You must read chapters 1 through 4 of the MAP book in their entirety to work with personal MAP. Yes, I agree there is a lot of information in the book, which is why I always recommend that each person have their own copy for easy reference whenever needed.
7.
Patricia's Question: Can I use Mouth Balancing Solution to clear up an abscessed tooth? Can I use Mouth Balancing Solution with homeopathic medicines without one antidoting the other?
Machaelle's Answer: Generally speaking, Mouth Balancing will address the underlying problem causing the abcessed tooth. But depending on the extent of the phisiological problem, you will need to have the damage tended to by a dentist. Mouth Balancing will help the healing process enormously. The Mouth Balancing Solution can be used no matter the medications you're taking, but wait 20 minutes before and after taking the Mouth Balancing Solution so that they don't mix.
6.
Jane 's Question: I've recently been diagnosed with Crohn's disease and have chosen a nutritional over biologics treatment (humira). Although I am not able to consume sugar, I assume all essences are sugar free. Am I right?
Machaelle's Answer: The brandy preservative has sugar in it because it's made with fruit. I recommend you stay away from the brandy preservative and rely on the distilled white vinegar preserved Essences and Solutions. The distilling process eliminates the sugar in distilled white vinegar.
5.
Mary's Question: I am only using the solutions and EoP and ETS so far. When experiencing anticipatory emotions such as anxiety before an intense conversation or experience should I take ETS or EoP during the day? I have these meetings at night that I dread all day due to past trauma. Thanks!
Machaelle's Answer: Yes. Don't be afraid to take ETS for Humans as often as you need it. You can take it before a meeting, and if you feel yourself bogged down in the meeting take ETS again right there. After the meeting, take one more dose.
4.
Margaret 's Question: According to Nature, what are the lessons we must learn from the Ebola outbreak?
Machaelle's Answer: The major lesson to learn is that the natural balance has been so thrown askew, that we have unleashed a major viral outbreak. In something like an Ebola outbreak or any other outbreak, we can safely conclude that this is telling us we have a major environmental problem going on. And if we're going to control the outbreak, you're going to have to restore natural balance and that will automatically take care of out-of-control microbial activity.
3.
Deborah's Question: Where are you on your "status" with the FDA at this point?
Machaelle's Answer: The ball is in their court. We have filed a formal "compliance complaint" and we're waiting to see if they even bother to contact us again. There's a possibility they're all busy jumping off a building because we've frustrated them so much.
2.
Marueen's Question: My question is after I take all the Solutions I get very warm — hot. It lasts long enough that I need to lower the temp in the apartment to feel comfortable. Is this experienced by others? And what does it mean?
Machaelle's Answer: That is rather odd and Jeannette is going to contact you to talk it over.

Yvonne's Question: Love and kisses of appreciation to you guys!! I have a question about starting a new SLG. Since 9/23 is the start of a new cycle, is this a better day than others to plan, write the ddp, establish co-creative partnership, etc? This is a huge project and I would like for nature's timing and my timing to be aligned. Is this an ideal day for planning this, or is this the more "quiet time" in the cycle and I should wait until the winter solstice to start? In other words, what aspect of the SLG should I work on Tuesday? thank you love
Machaelle's Answer: Yes, it's an excellent day. You do that kind of planning on a day like this and you've got nature's wind at your back. And that was an excellent question! Since it's an SLG, write the DDP and activate that DDP. You don't have to do it at the moment of the equinox, just the day.
I'm ready to get started answering your questions. And the first question better be good or I'm leaving! ;-) — Machaelle
