Changes

We've made temporary adjustments to help us better serve you during the next few months.


This message is coming to you from your dedicated Perelandra crew. These next few months, several folks on our crew will need to be off work temporarily for brief, but overlapping periods to attend to family and other necessities. No worries! We are strong, seasoned and each capable of wearing many hats to support multiple departments. We are not easily daunted. But we are smart enough to recognize when some adjustments are called for, and we'll need a little help from you.

Our goal is to move through this time of tricky staff scheduling without you experiencing any painful bumps in the services we provide. To that end, we'll need to make a few short-term adjustments to our daily operations.

Our Order Line

For the time being, we will not be able to staff our Order Line. Beginning this Friday, August 20, when you call our Order Lines you'll get our friendly, secure voicemail system. (Those of you who have been ordering from Perelandra since back in the 90s may remember that our order lines used to be only a 24-hour voicemail system. So you could say that we're "going old school" for now!)

If you can, please place your orders online. Phone orders require more processing time, so the more folks order online, the more efficient we can be at filling and shipping your purchases.

Of course, we understand sometimes a phone call is necessary, so you'll still be able to leave voicemail messages about orders and place your order safely through voicemail. We will respond to order-related calls in turn as promptly as possible.

For all Perelandra product, processes and how-to inquiries, we will continue to offer our Question Hot Line on Wednesdays from 10 AM to 8 PM, eastern. Note: We ask that you limit your call to 10 minutes each time so we can help as many folks as possible on Wednesdays.

Our Products

Our production staff have kept up an impressive pace over the last year, along with an equally impressive "Can do!" attitude. They are dedicated to making sure you have all of the Perelandra Essences and Solutions you rely on through this pandemic and beyond. The best way for us to ensure that right now is to hit the pause button on production of the less frequently ordered bottle sizes and put all of our efforts toward filling the bottles sizes you order most often. To be clear, we are NOT stopping production of any products, just certain sizes of products.

Orders placed through Thursday, August 19, will not be impacted. And this is not likely to affect availability for most orders in the near future because we have stock of many sizes already on our shelves. But over the coming weeks you may find some sizes will be temporarily out of stock.

Please don't freak out at this announcement and order enough bottles to last you a millennia. This is a temporary pause on certain bottle sizes and it may never affect your personal orders.

All Perelandra Solutions are currently available in all sizes. If any size bottle becomes temporarily unavailable, we'll give that information on the corresponding order page(s) for that Solution. You will be able to order any and all of the Perelandra Solutions you rely on when you need them, there just might be a brief time-frame when you'll only be able to order it in a 2-oz. dropper bottle.


The way you have been cheering us on through all of the adjustments we've had to make these past 18 months has made us feel you're part of our crew. So we're confident you'll help us row right through these temporary changes as well. And for that, we are ever grateful.
