The Most Important Daily Solutions Right Now

The season of tissues and unplanned, unwanted days off from school and work is ahead of schedule in the Northern Hemisphere. If Australia's winter is an indication, it might be a humdinger of a season for those of us north of the equator.

In our area, various microbes have already had an impact on the local community. Build up your body systems and microbial balance now, before finding yourself facing a serious issue.


These four Solutions will provide support in light of this microbial activity:

      • Virus Solution,

      • Immune System Balancing,

      • Lymphatic System Balancing and

      • Respiratory System Balancing.

These Solutions build and strengthen your systems over time. The longer you've been consistently taking them, the better you can hold your own when faced with seasonal and other issues. If you are a smoker, have a chronic or serious illness or condition, or your systems are compromised for any other reason, take these Solutions twice daily as a rule.

If you haven't started taking these Solutions yet, start now — whether there are no signs of local activity or the season is already underway (as it is here in Virginia).

Virus Solution
This Solution offers broad support for health in this new world, addressing the increase of out-of-control microbial activity, and a range of issues that science is beginning to attribute to microbes.

Note: When the Virus Solution was first developed, it was possible the pattern might change yearly. However, we learned the patterns will not change this year. If you have Virus (or Bacteria) Solution with "September 2017 - August 2018" on the label, you can continue to use them. They won't need to be replaced for the new season.

MBP Immune, Lymphatic and Respiratory Solutions
The MBP Balancing Solutions provide needed support and balancing for proper function of each body system. The immune and lymphatic systems are the foundation for health, whatever you wish to address. And the importance of supporting your respiratory system is not to be overlooked during this uniquely challenging season.

Bacteria Solution
The above recommendations are the bare bones, "these if not anything else" recommendation. If you are willing to add one more bottle to your twice-daily strengthening, make it the Bacteria Solution. Taking Your Doses

Follow these simple guidelines to make the most of what the Solutions have to offer.

The MBP Immune, Lymphatic and Respiratory Solutions  should be taken last thing at night and first thing in the morning.

  • You can take these three Solutions at the same time, one after the other. Wait 10 seconds between each dose.

  • In the morning, take the MBPs and then wait 20 minutes before you eat, drink, brush your teeth, take other Solutions or anything else.

  • At night, finish eating, drinking, brushing your teeth or taking any other Solutions, wait 15 minutes, then take your MBPs and go to sleep.

The Virus Solution  is NOT an "MBP" Solution. It can be taken anytime in the morning and anytime in the evening, just not at the same time as your MBPs or any other Solutions.

  • Do not eat or drink (or take any other Solution except Bacteria) for 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after taking the Virus Solution.

Other Tips for Staying Healthy this Season

There are many things you can do to minimize your risk without holing up like a hermit until spring. Here are a few of the precautions we take every day:

  • Wash your hands. A lot. Soap between your fingers, don't forget your thumbs and finger tips. Sing the Alphabet Song while applying soap, then rinse.

  • If "stuff" is spreading like wildfire in your region, wear a surgical mask when in close quarters with others, or at the grocery store. Okay, we do this at work. Some of us will become real trendsetters doing this at the store!

  • Monitor your temperature. If it spikes, stay home from work out of consideration for other commuters and your coworkers.

  • Wear leather gloves at the gas pump.

  • Stay hydrated.

  • Shower and shampoo as soon as you get home. (And put the clothes you were wearing into the hamper.)

  • Leave your shoes at the door. (Have a set of indoor slippers if your floor's cold.)

  • Carry your own pen for signing receipts when you're shopping.

  • Use Sani-wipes to wipe down mulptiple surfaces two to five times a day, depending on the number of people using them. Surfaces would include doorknobs, countertops (don't forget the edges), light switches, shared keyboards and mouses, printer keypads, shared phones, water cooler buttons, fridge handles, sink handles, toilet handles, remote controls and all on/off switches . . .

  • Wipe down tablets or smart phones frequently through the day, especially if you share them with others.

  • If someone in your house isn't well, separate their toothbrush, give them separate hand towels, launder bedding frequently (wear a face mask while in their room, handling the bedding and laundry), consider using disposable/compostable dishes, utensils and papertowels.

  • Air out the building (or the office, floor, classroom) once a day for about 15-20 minutes. It's a short time of being chilly, but it pays off with not breathing in stuffy air full of everything your coworkers or family have been exhaling!

  • Give your humidifier a thorough cleaning once a week to ensure nothing is growing in there and then travelling out into the air.

  • Sneeze or cough into your elbow. Teach your kids to to this. Remind friends and coworkers to do this, too.
