U.S. Orders

Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. However, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship.

We ship via USPS and FedEx. You may choose from available shipping options at checkout.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses may need to be shipped by Priority Mail, and may incur an additional charge.

We reserve the right to charge additional shipping when your order is processed, should you inadvertently choose a shipping method that is not available to your address. We will contact you if that occurs.

Please give a street address for delivery, whenever possible.

After your package is shipped, please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. If your Standard Delivery order does not arrive within 10 business days, or if you have other questions or concerns about your order, please contact us.

Include a note to us with your order if you would like to require a signature for delivery.

If you need to arrange for special delivery times or give other delivery instructions, sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager and Informed Delivery by USPS.

International Orders

We ship anywhere around the world. International shipping and handling rates are based on the total package weight of your order. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship.

We Recommend FedEx International Priority or FedEx International Economy
Your order may arrive sooner and will be more easily traced while in transit. This option may cost a little more, but it's more reliable.

For USPS International Priority or First Class, please allow up to 4 months for delivery.
We will not be able to issue refunds for orders until after 4 months from the day it was shipped, and only if we can confirm the order will not be delivered. Postal services and customs offices in several countries are experiencing significant delays in light of pandemic closures and higher demand. Learn more here: USPS International Service Disruptions. We encourage you to also search your nation's post office website online to learn more about their current operations and delivery status.

Note: It may sometimes be easier for you to get the Perelandra items you need from a reseller that's a little closer to your home. Check this list of International Resellers to see what alternate purchasing options are available to you.

Customs Regulations and Import Fees
Duties, taxes and other customs fees are not included in our shipping charges. When placing an international order, you are accepting responsibility for any and all applicable taxes and fees that are required by your country's tax and duty laws. We encourage you to obtain relevant information before placing your order, so you are not surprised by the amount of duties, taxes and/or customs fees charged by your customs office.

Many countries have regulations that may not allow you to import Perelandra Solutions or Essences, as well as certain items from the Soil Balancing Process Kit or Expanded Balancing Process Kit. We recommend that you know the import regulations for your country prior to ordering. Please notify us about any special tariff or customs requirements for your country. If you have difficulty obtaining this information, please contact us. Perelandra will not assume responsibility for the cost to ship and return orders that customs will not allow you to receive.

Lost or Unclaimed Packages
Perelandra will not assume responsibility for the cost to reship unclaimed packages. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred for undeliverable packages, including packages that are not claimed in time.

We will continue to work on providing the best shipping options available, so we can offer you the lowest rates available to us. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping or adjust your shipping method when your order is processed should you inadvertently choose a shipping method that does not apply to your order. We will contact you for confirmation before charging your credit card if there are additional shipping charges.

Returning an Order

We will accept returns on books, DVDs and CDs in saleable condition, and on bottles that have intact shrink wrap or shrink bands. We will not accept returns or exchanges after three months from the date of purchase.

To return any item, please ship it back to us via insured mail or UPS using the address information below. We will be happy to refund the cost of the item. Postage and handling charges are not refundable for returns.

Please include the following information with your return:

  • A copy of your invoice or a note giving your name, address and phone number.
  • A note telling us why you are returning the item.
  • Instructions for your refund. (Would you like us to apply a refund to your credit card* or send a refund check?)
  • Please give us an email address, fax number or daytime telephone number so we may easily contact you if we have questions.
